I had issue with toilet tank not filling back up with water. I had Ryan from Orlando's Best Plumbing and let me tell you, I'm 1000% satisfied. He came on time. He was very professional and clearly knowledgeable. He fixes my toilet and more...He noticed that my toilet was wobbly and although it was not part of his description, he fixed and grouted it. And that's not even it, he also noticed that my hot water and cold water was backwards and he fixed that. So if you have any issue with your toilet, these are the guys you want. You won't be disappointed.

Ryan is above and beyond! I am purchasing an older home and he was able to assist me through the entire process pertaining to my plumbing needs. He is through, professional, kind and timely! The toilet Flapper on the second bathroom got stuck, during all night, by accident, the house flooded. My insurance asked me to contact a plumber, to certify if it was an accident or there were a leak. I called Ryan, he came quick, same day. He was very polite and professional. Thank you Ryan for the quick response and great job.

My family is extremely grateful for Ryan. We had a leak coming from under our shower pan. He pointed out that the shower valve was set for a bath/shower combo. We found that the drain was rigged and it was a miracle that it hadn't leaked sooner. He explained everything he did and the drain is now working phenomenally! We came home to a hot house on June 28th at 4:30PM, which was a Friday before a major holiday, with no AC and Olympic came to the rescue within 30 minutes of us calling! Justin troubleshooted our system for a good while but was persistent and did not give up. He found a faulty part and fixed our AC with a professional demeanor and excellent customer service. We definitely recommend anyone who needs HVAC work done to call Olympic!

Justin and his team moved our ac unit outside to allow us room for a different project. We are very happy with the quality of his work and the promptness. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others for sure!

I can not say enough good stuff about this company. The came the same day they were contacted and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours. I had been dealing with another company for 4 weeks and they had not fixed my air. This company will be my AC people from now on!

Justin is very kind and nice, but he is not experienced with heating system repairs. He relies on contacting other acquaintances in the industry and the manufacturers hotline to get the work done. Called him on a Monday before Christmas and paid $75 for the diagnostic. He agreed to do repair on Thursday, but texted order wasn’t completed so he would need to reschedule for Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon he installed the piece he said would resolve this issue, unfortunately it did not. $245 later we were still without heat on Christmas Day. When I contacted him, he stated he would continue to work on it, but he would understand if I wanted to go with someone else. Of course!!!! He’s now been paid and we are still without heat!! Please BEWARE. This guys compares working for homeowners to working for developers and corporations. He prefers new installs. We paid and tipped him $20 ( Christmas Spirit) and he didn’t deliver. In the end he was only willing to return $60. I am now having to find another vendor to complete the repair after wasting a week and $185 dollars with him. I hope this is helpful for everyone who gets paid hourly like me. We didn’t have money to just give away 2 days before Christmas. I’m so tired of these service companies ripping homeowners off. Olympic replaced my upstairs and downstairs AC units. Competitive price compared to place I was using. Olympic was easy to get a hold of and responded promptly. The install seems of good quality and the new units are working well. Plan to continue to use this business in the future.

Justin was Amazing! Very personable and punctual! I contacted him in the morning and he scheduled me for the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose why my air conditioner was not functioning properly and fix the problem. He explained to me the work that needed to be completed and the price. I will reach out to Olympic Air Conditioning and Heating in the future.

Very professional. Asked for information before even coming to my house so he could be prepared for what I needed. Adjusted time to better fit my needs and was very professional when he came out. Completed work neatly and showed me exactly what he did. Follow up with me tomorrow on short notice to ensure all is well. I would definitely recommend this company and the owner! Justin was so nice on the phone, super responsive, and resolved the problem quickly on his first trip, which happened to be within an hour of our first phone conversation. He was assigned to us through a claim with our home warranty company, and we kept his info, as we will definitely refer him and call him again for all our future AC needs. Highly recommend!
