Irving was extremely professional, right on the appointment time we setup, quick about his work but careful to explain the quality and detail of the work he was doing.

Had an issue with my A/C and as a result of a reference from a neighbor gave them a call in the late afternoon to schedule an appointment for the their next available time. The call to Autumn was quickly answered and was informed we can see you in the next two hours…wow! The tech arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced a bad motor in my handler and even checked the exterior unit to find two condensers that were also in bad shape and soon to fail. Had my system back up and running within an hour. I would recommend them if you find yourself a bind.

Had a separate issue a few days later and called Autumn to come back out to investigate. The same Tech (Irving) that fixed my prior issue was knocking on my door within the hour. He quickly fixed the issue and got us back to cooling. Can’t say enough about their prompt, courteous, and professional service.

This company came out and quoted me a price and I got other estimates that the other companies started high and said they would give me certain discounts and special pricing and they weren't even giving me a quality name that I knew. Autumn Air did none of that. One price and gave me a date and time and installed the unit cleaned up the old duct work and hauled the old unit away. This is why I gave them a 5 star rating.
