This company is AMAZING!! Our AC stopped working on April 28th and we started out with a well known company that advertises on TV. They came out 3 times and never fixed the issue. Went with another company who came out, spent 3 hours trying to fix the issue. They ended up deciding to by-pass an issue that he felt was necessary but in the long run, caused the transformer for our AC unit to blow at 10:30 at night. We called Charles at 11:30 that night and he was at our house at 12:06. It took him 2 hours to fix the issue and get our AC working properly. We will never use another AC company again. If you need an AC fixed, call Charles, you won't regret it!

I called Charles on a Sunday morning at 0730 thinking maybe Google made a mistake by listing his business as 24/7 but it was correct. He answered and was able to come that day just hours later. As soon as he arrived he was able to instantly recognize the issue and began working immediately. He found multiple issues which he addressed with me and showed what needed to be replaced. His prices are little high after research but he provides quality and efficient work. I will be using him again for a future project.

I had an emergency thermostat situation on a Sunday night. LATE. Not only did Charles make it out, but he resolved my issues and left the ac running in better shape than when he first arrived. I highly recommend that you reach out to ac mechanical works if you need quality work done.

We have been using Charles for several years now. Every time we call he has been very responsive and worked to fix issue the same day. On this most recent visit our A/C fan motor stopped working sometime in the middle of the night and we woke up in a sweat. Called Charles at 8am and he showed up at 11:00am. Charles and his partner worked through a rain storm so they could get our unit up and running and go to their next client that had a similar emergency. Charles does not try and upsell or over complicate things. He diagnoses and fixes what needs to be fixed. Use him if you are looking for an honest AC repair company!

Charles was absolutely fantastic. My AC broke at 9pm he was here by 10pm and out the door by 10:45pm and I had a brand new thermostat installed with a 5 year warranty. Super friendly, super amazing service and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. I am so happy I called him. God definitely had me call the right company for the job. Charles came out on a Sunday evening within an hour when I had an unexpected leak. He not only fixed the problem, but was able to do a full service at the same time when I asked. He also went out of his way to make some adjustments to our vents so I get better airflow in the rest of the house. His prices seemed fair and I’ll definitely be calling next spring for a tune up!

My AC quit working yesterday and it got to 90 in the house. The company that installed it is not open on weekends. I found AC Mechanical Works and called a little after 9 pm. Charles and his son actually came out within a half hour! Wow! Fixed the system and even repaired some duct work that was improperly done by a previous company. Thanks to Charles and his son, my AC is working better than it ever has. I will be giving all of my future business to Charles. 41 years in the business. This man knows what he's doing. Charles was great! He came right out on a Sunday and was very honest. He explained the problem to me and was able to get it fixed quickly. He helped me figure out if my AC unit was under warranty so I didn’t have to pay for any new parts, where as many people wouldn’t take that step - they would just charge you for the new product. I would definitely reccomend this company!
