Honest Repair man!

I was referred to this company by a friend, they highly recommended them. When I called and spoke to Roy, he was very friendly and polite. Assured me that he would be able to give me the best price in town and honor his warranty without question. So I had him come in and quote me (he was able to squeeze me into his schedule very quickly). I had 2 other companies come in and leave quotes as well. When Roy handed me his quote I was surprised to see it was almost half the cost of the other 2 companies. I asked Roy to look over the other 2 quotes to help me understand the dramatic difference. I wasn't surprised when he explained and showed to me the other companies were charging me to replace parts that were perfectly fine along side the actual problem. It is so hard to find a honest repair man. I will be recommending this exceptionally honest repair man to all my friends and family.

After ask getting quotes from multiple Companies that were either quoting high prices advise, saying that are AC unit needed to be replaced. This company fixed what other companies Either We're not willing to do or Trying to make the job bigger than what it actually is. Five star, honest company and technicians. Synergy, heating and cooling comes highly recommended. Called him this morning and had a technician out here at my property by mid afternoon. Within a couple hours had my AC up and running. Took the time to explain the work being done and went above and beyond to triple check that everything was working correctly afterwards. Only sold me the work that was needed but suggested future work and was transparent about being able to wait on these things instead of racking up one big bill. The owner Roy pulled up to make sure that everything was proper and introduced himself. Both guys were super down to earth, and the pricing was very reasonable. I’m all about supporting local companies, and my family appreciates the hard work

New heat pump replacement was completed today and all I can say is this is a top notch company with excellent knowledge and attention to detail. Roy has a great personality and passion for his craft along with wonderful customer service skills. The little things make a huge difference when it comes to A/C service and Synergy's team hits them all.

I've been more than happy working with Roy at Synergy Heating and Cooling. I first used them a few years back to replace my old HVAC and have since used them for all my rentals. Their prices are great and they're dependable! When I call them they are out either the same day or the next morning. Who could ask for more? I know my tenants appreciate it!!! As for the system he installed on my house....that has been working great!

Due to weather that day the job took quite a while into early evening and they didn't leave until we were satisfied.
