Great having Cesar and Justin maintain our AC units. Reasonable and reliable!

I had received a quote to repair my two year old air conditioner from another A/C company; they said the blower motor, board, and chip were bad and it would cost $1200, but they couldn't locate the parts and didn't know when they would be able to. I thought that price was unreasonable for something that has a warranty. I decided to look for a second opinion, which is when I called Justin at Olympic Air Conditioning and Heating. I gave him the model number of my system over the phone, and he was able to locate the parts locally, but would stop by to inspect the unit first.

He was able to fit me in the next day, tested my system and found that the blower was working and would need to do further diagnostics. He diagnosed the bad parts on my condenser, which had to be ordered and had a several week lead time. I had to make due with window A/C's and a portable unit for three weeks.

After a long three weeks in the Florida summer heat, Justin notified me that the parts were in and would install them the next day.

Justin correctly diagnosed my issue, informed me that the lead time on the parts was out of his control, but still responded promptly to my messages over this time. He repaired my system, and he did it at a reasonable price.

I'm quite satisfied with the service that Justin offered and will gladly call him in the future.

I would recommend Olympic Air to anyone looking for professionalism and integrity. Justin was thorough and explained everything in detail to me. He explained why our unit was shutting off constantly and had it fixed within 45 minutes. He also showed us how to keep the ac drip lines clear to prevent blockage. Justin came out next day and he arrived on time. He is reliable and very knowledgeable on HVAC! He communicates well. We definitely will be choosing Olympic Air for our future air conditioning needs!

Olympic came out and repaired our AC system and replaced the Freon in it. He did an awesome job with quality service. Justin was very knowledgeable and detailed when he did the initial inspection and also sent photos of the job during and after it was completed. He allowed us to borrow a portable AC unit for a week until the repairs were completed for no extra charge. I recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, affordable work.

We went with this company because of the amazing warranty but they were amazing on the installation process as well and Allied is a great manufacturer. They were in and out in less than 8 hours just 2 guys. Incredible work. Would recommend to anyone asking for AC work.

My mother-in-laws AC quit working on a Saturday afternoon and when I called, Roy came out Sunday morning and got it working again. Can’t thank you all enough for not only your quick turnaround, but your outstanding customer service!

I have a rental property in Deltona and my tenants call and said the ac was blowing hot air. I don’t live in deltona so I really don’t know anyone out there to call. So I called cool air now and they were able to get out to my property that evening and I called around 2:30pm and he was able to get out there by 6:30pm. I have to say they have a very good response time. Roy came out and fix the ac issue and got it back up and running for a reasonable price. It’s hard to find a good honest business theses days that don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I’m very impressed by this company and will be using them again if I ever need a ac company in the future. Thank you

Mr. Durkee was very responsive and arrived as scheduled. This is my second experience using his services, so it goes without saying that his services are of world class. He performed a preventive maintenance check of the unit(s) and made all the necessary adjustments to bring my unit to its most optimal operating condition.

First and foremost, BELIEVE all the positive reviews! Those are what won me over to select Cold Air Now, Inc in the first place. It turned out to be the best decision I have made in a long time. I called them on a Sunday at dinnertime, no less. I left a detailed message. Within no more than 5 minutes I received a call back from Samantha (who could not have been more pleasant to deal with!). In addition, she was able to schedule a service call for the next morning. And she couldn't have been nicer or more polite. I didn't get the impression that I was bothering her (as is often the case), but, rather, that she appreciated my business. That means a lot to me! Next morning, as promised, she promptly texted me and to confirm that a service tech named Alberto would be by at 10am. And he was right on time. He examined my whole system thoroughly, kindly explaining the function of all the components (better yet, in layman's terms that were understandable). I was further impressed by how, when he determined the cause of the trouble, he pretty much gave me an inspection report on my system, yet he never tried to sell me anything. He left to pick up a new blower motor to install and actually drove 40 miles to Orlando (I live in Deltona) to make sure to get the exact replacement part! He never tried to jerry-rig some cheap aftermarket part to my HVAC system. Alberto was very professional the entire time, even going as far as useful suggestions to keep my system running to save me money! If you are beginning to think that I am well-pleased with my experience. I most certainly am! You can take that to the bank! (in fact 'well-pleased' is actually an understatement). Do NOT hesitate to give this company a chance. You can BELIEVE all the reviews. And after my dealings with Samantha and Alberto, I have no doubt that you will be compelled to write them a positive review of your own. As for myself, I am relieved to have found these people.
