Amazing ac company! After calling several other 24 hour companies that had no availability for a late night emergency repair, I called Charles at A.C Mechanical Works Inc. Charles answered immediately and arrived about an hour after the phone call. We were very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and speediness. Charles and his son were very knowledgeable, respectful, and fair with their pricing. They made a good team. He saved the day for us, and we are very grateful. We are saving his card and will call his company for any ac work we need. I wish I found his company sooner. Highly recommend this company! 10/10!

Charles really is an amazing HVAC technician along with the other guy he had with him. We were hearing a strange noise coming from our air conditioner and it turned out to be our blower motor and other part that went bad. We are so grateful for Charles to come out immediately and replace it. Charles prevented a major issue from happening costing thousands more in parts. I’ve used Charles 3 times now, and he is always honest and ready to get to work. Honestly is so important these days since most other companies always lie to you. Charles will never lie to you. The only person to ever do any sort of work on my air conditioner will be Charles.

Charles is the GOAT!! He came out late on a Sunday night after our AC stopped cooling. He triaged and fixed the capacitor in no time at all. His prices were also extremely fair compared to other companies I’ve used in the past. I will only be using Charles for all my future needs! Mr. Charles was extremely fast and knowledgeable. He responded quickly on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. He diagnosed and troubleshot the issue right away and fixed it on the spot. It turned out to be a blown fuse, and he explained that this is a common failure with Carrier units. Very prompt, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. I’m super satisfied with the service and would absolutely recommend him.

Will 100% be calling Autumn Air again in the future. Called them at 8AM, they were at my door at 11:30 and had my issue resolved before noon. Irving was wonderful and very knowledgeable.

I arrived home from work on a Wednesday evening to no A/C. I've used Autumn Air before and quickly went online to make an appointment. There was a 9-12 slot open the very next day! I got a confirmation email after making the appointment and the service tech arrived at 10:38 am. It only took 25-30 minutes total so I had my major problem solved in less time than it took for my lunch break. We will ALWAYS use Autumn Air Conditioning and Heating LLC

I’ve been using Autumn air for years. Fabian and the Autumn air team replaced my AC unit and their prices were much better than the other companies. I plan to use them again to replace my mother’s AC unit. You can have peace of mind Autumn Air will keep your HVAC system healthy and running well.
