I was having an unbelievable ant problem. Orkin was highly recommended by a friend of mine. Abner (the specialist) came to my house and did an amazing job explaining everything to me, as well as doing it all very respectfully throughout my entire home. I highly recommend them!

Marcos Castro is the best technician this company has in Miami. Ever since he was assigned to my home, pests are afraid of him. Not even ants dare to show up. He is committed to his craft and providing high quality service. Orkin should promote him to manager or recognize him somehow so he can continue to set an example on what it means to raise the bar. By the way, I almost cancelled the service with the previous technician. Marcos saved my level of satisfaction with Orkin.

Excellent service! We are very happy with our attic wood treatment and insulation. The price of the electric bill is lower now.Also our home is protected from termite and other bugs! The service men were very professional on time ! My attic looks amazing! They left everything clean !No mess! Great investment for a home!

Yesterday, I spoke with the Orkin representative and since I don’t live there, he was supposed to call me
In advance. He even told me where he would be working before going to our house. He just didn’t call me. I went there between 11:30 and 12 (10 to 1 pm was my window) noon and the tenant told me that the had been already done. Didn’t like it at all. I must recognize that Wilmer Godoy ( the Orkin seller) was very kind. To make a new and fair review I’ll wait for the results of the treatment

I just finished doing a subterranean bait & liquid termite service plus and attic insulation services and I’m extremely happy I opted for Orkin over 3 of their competitors. From start to finish it was a 5 star rating. Omar Estrada the Inspector was very professional and spot on details! Always available to take your call. And the technicians very pleasing, respectful and dedicated. Trevor and Steven a great combo! Alberto did his part too! Thank you Orkin for such a good outcome.

He arrived on time and even assured me I could call him if any rodents showed up or if there were any concerns. Their pricing was much cheaper than I expected, though I’m unsure of the going rate. Overall, a great service, and I would definitely recommend them!
