We ultimately decided to go with another company for our termite treatment after experiencing repeated scheduling and communication issues with Orkin. While our inspector Wilmer was polite and responsive at times, there were multiple instances where appointments were missed or unclear, and we had to repeatedly follow up for updated proposals, photos, and information regarding the alleged termite activity.

We specifically requested photos of the reported termite nest and updated documentation several times before opting for a different company. The overall process felt disorganized and difficult to coordinate, especially when trying to make an important decision regarding our home.

The technician that came to my house was so thorough and so good. He explained to me what he was gonna do. It was a little frightening, thinking he was gonna draw holes in my concrete in order to go after my subterranean termites, but he patched those up as he went along, and he also took the time to go underneath my house and set up traps and also go along the walls in order to put the poison there . I felt he was very thorough. He came at exactly 9 o’clock and he left about 730 and my house is only 1200 ft.². He was very thorough. He even put some traps next to trees in my house. He cover them all up so that the long guy wouldn’t run over the little traps he was excellent

Javier is always very professional and on time. He’s courteous and has been very helpful with combating our issues with moth larvae. We have no bugs and no moths.

Great service! Pedro was extremely thorough. He even found the carpenter nest in a tree outside and was able to treat it. The price is very reasonable. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. I only wish I would’ve called Orkin sooner 😊

The Pro the went to my house for the initial inspection, Ernesto was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and what to expect in the following days after the service.He did a very thorough inspection of my home and treated it quickly. I would like to thank Ernesto and Orkin for their professionalism and knowledge. It’s a relief when you have a fumigator that knows what they are doing and use smoke and mirrors. Definitely will recommend.

Technician Trevor and technician Isidro were delightful. They took their time, they were thorough and most of all very professional. I highly recommend Orkin for their services and these two guys are an asset to the company.

In my opinion, before engaging in any contract with them, it is imperative to provide specific details. Steven, the installer, was a pleasant individual, but unfortunately, he encountered numerous challenges and made several mistakes. Omar, the salesperson, assured me that he would match the color of the pavers to fill the holes. However, when he drilled the hole through them, I discovered that the pavers were covered in gray cement. Furthermore, they cutout the drywall to access the bathroom tub, but the flap was installed incorrectly, it CROOKED!. Additionally, a tile in the front entrance was cracked. Consequently, I now have three issues that require attention. Despite reaching out to my salesperson, I have not received any response.
