Completely incompetent, irresponsible and unprofessional!!! The sent Piter to repair our broken AC. He "fixed" it, got paid and later that day the unit stopped working. After being promised multiple times that a tech will stop by to fix the unit, three days later we're still without air conditioning. We asked him to take a look and repair a corroded pipe by the condenser unit and simply ignored it. On the same day, he also installed a new unit at my neighbors house and learned later the condenser unit was never secured to the concrete slab. Wow! Owner is unresponsive, continually been told he's out of the office. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!!!
