Was going to charge $675 for two capacitors. Talked him down to $400 because why not and eventually got another estimate for $180 from another company and was told by friends that job is wayyy overpriced. The two parts alone are $12 each. Good diagnosis, but too expensive for simple job.

The staff at Pole of Cold are extremely efficient and polite. I spoke with them at 9 am and had a new air conditioner installed by 2:30 that afternoon. Excellent service.

Elias came out and did a good job installing a completely new HVAC system. The problem was he promised me he would get a permit from the city of Marathon, and install AC unit outside where the HOA would approve it. He told me the job was done and was payment immediately. Unfortunately, I don't live at the location, so I had to go by his word the job was finished. I received a call weeks later from the HOA president, who informed me a permit was never pulled and the outside AC unit was installed in the correct location. I called and texted Elias, and he promised me he'd take care of it ASAP. He even sent me an email with a promise that he'd handle. Finally weeks and then months went by, with me calling and texting, and he never did keep his promise. For this reason I'd never use this company again, unless they got the permit and AC unit moved.

My Apt AC stopped working, so I started looking for a company, came across “Pole of Cold AC” and Chinoski (Technician) provided resolution and estimate. Super knowledgeable about what they did. Quick fix and smooth process. I would def. Do business with them again!

Service was great, prompt and thorough.
Reducing one star due to lack of transparency on original billing. Make sure you ask the full details of what they will originally charge you for, the fees for the initial assessment that are waived if you go through with fixing what is needed BUT will NOT be waived if the apointment is during the later hours, something they didnt advise while I booked them originally and found out after paying.

I called you up as being #1 for my unit of A/C. You had two (2) young men at my location, added in Freon, said they fixed leak. No such doing! Leak still continued to make me feel less comfortable.

"Pole 🥶 Cold," had to return again du to Leak was Never Fixed! Shame on you! You then had really good worker's that actually gave a truthful answer. I see👁️, we at a A/C Corporation likes much monies, but no help!

You actually don't understand what goes into a Warranty. So, again, your Company looks bad. Your so called boss has absolutely no clue about the Customer and job. Just gets that money 💰. I have Warranty! I pay for your Labor to 'Pole 🥶 Cold!"

No understand your position? Take a Class in insurance for all kinds of coverages. Now, we'no understand to answer telephone when necessary? Another mark against your Company!

My Condenser just keep running. This was when all of Pole 🥶 Cold was to help me. You're in a must need job. If can't do job, than don't take A/C Job!

First time everything went great, call them again for another issue for a family member's repair after charging almost $1,400.00 which was VERY expensive to begin with and left the A/C broken with other issues it did not have before (its a 2 year old unit), several calls and attempts to fix the A/C even though they were doing us a "favor" to go back and actually fix the problem they caused. They would say they were on their way and never show up, or try to go at 10pm to an apartment complex. Not transparent, its a shame that we had to hire another company to fix all the items they broke while "fixing" the AC and they did not take responsibility of their actions.

Amazing service and very thoughtful. I called last minute for next day repair on my a/c unit. They responded immediately and offered to come that night to fix it so I can have a great night. When I said okay, they came out and fix my a/c after 930pm. I really appreciated it and thank you so much.

Elias has being my ac contractor per years. First I can tell is a very honest and I trust alll the services on my ac unit Always in the past before him. Every A/C company states they are ready to service at a moments notice “24-hour quick response” was clearly highlighted in every one of their ad’s but... Pole of Cold Air Conditioning was the only company (out of the ten companies that we contacted) that actually stood by that claim. In fact, they actually arrived BEFORE the scheduled time! Every other company tried to schedule us days out. We’ll, that’s not acceptable when it’s 96+ degrees your a/c has stopped working and you expect guests that day. They immediately started to work, found the issue and had us up and running within an hour. The only down side was the outrageous cost they charged for the freon (a freon leak was the issue that caused our a/c to stop working). If that’s what freon costs, we’ll investigate a different system and at the least, invest in a freon company’s stock! I would recommend them highly but first compare what other companies charge for freon. If that’s the going price, use Pole of Cold Air Conditioning.

What a nightmare it’s been doing business with this company. They did a complete install in my moms townhouse for $9,000. We have had nothing but issues with it since they did the install. They promised a new thermostat..never happened. They also installed the drain pipe flowing back towards the unit so whenever it would drain it would trip the sensor causing the unit to turn off..they didn’t fix that issue..but that was just the beginning terrible experience. They left the unit with no filter which we were unaware of for almost 2 months until we went to change it. You can see by the photo that you can’t even get a filter in due to how the unit was installed with the location of the white pipe. The air handler isn’t even secured in the closet it’s just sitting there and if you touch it it moves around. We’ve had them schedule to come out 2 times and they’ve been no shows both times. No call/text..just didn’t show up. We can’t even get a call back from anyone at this point. They took our money and ran. Nothing but sloppy work, and poor customer service. We’ve filed a complaint with the better business bureau..not sure what else we can do to resolve this issue. 9k is a lot of money for this inadequate installation.

Pole of Cold Air Conditioning is by far the most professional company I have ever used for my A/C needs. They installed a Carrier A/C which has saved me about $100/ month in my electric bill. Their team is courteous, responsive and very neat with the installation. They also added a great support underneath the A/C and it looks great! I would highly recommend Elias and his team as a top A/C company in Florida!

Elias is a great guy showed up even before the scheduled time and figured out the problem instantly and helped me have my AC up and running back in no time. ON A SUNDAY ….. that’s 5 stars service .. if you ask me.

Needed to leave a review after the manager was professional enough to preference the client over profit. Originally he quoted a value then after they began the work the value need to increase. After calling him and explaining, he saw that I was frustrated and agreed to sticking to the original price. It's rare to find companies who preference the customer experience over profit but this is one. Thank you for the excellent work guys.

Outstanding, I received outstanding service from the start until the job was finished. They voided the service call fee, checked my air conditioning unit which is a little bit old. They recommended me to clean the evaporator and so I did. Clean work at all time, no mess in my property. I recommend Pole of Cold to anyone, they are the real deal. Great price great service, and I am satisfied. Thank you guys!
