Tech arrived at our residence within the window time that I requested. They explained the process to me and provided me with before/after pictures in real time. I was stunned how filthy the vents were before the cleaning and how immaculate they were after. To ensure a high level of satisfaction, Tech encouraged me to look over all of the vents after the cleaning was done. He also offered me advice with which air filters to purchase as well as recommendations with how often to address the vents (3-5 years). As it shows in their website, do not get suckered into going with another company offering this service at a fraction of the cost. Bait & Switch tactic will be used.
