The entire experience took a couple of days but Bryan and the entire company was honest and reliable. I would truly recommend this company.

I really can't say enough about Elias and his crew! From the time I contacted them through a Google search, he was on it, giving me a call and updating me. He even came out with his crew that same very evening, arriving around 7:30 and was there to talk to me and explain what needed to be done and give me a nice quote. I mean there's a lot more but if you need some work done these guys will get it done for you and they're fair and they're young and their motivated and their professional and they communicate. What more can you ask for? I didn't look around anymore after meeting and speaking with them that very night we went ahead and made the deal to have our 20-year-old air conditioner replaced inside and out. Nobody likes having to spend money but it was money well spent and we are happy. In fact they're out working on another job of hours today! Doing an AC tune-up. We have more work for them because now apparently there's some mold that needs to be taken care of. And boy was it a mess! Anyway, use these guys. You will not be sorry.

I had several different companies in for quotes when my air conditioner died on me. My parents and I chose Pole of Cold Air Conditioning .They were professional, client friendly and efficient in their work.Elias responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately. I am very pleased with their service.

The job is finally complete. What a disaster. They lied about everything, the inspector caught them using the wrong equipment. Had I not be a detective and figure out there deception, it would have been even worse. Stay away. They are a disastrous organization to do business with.
6-30-26. Another update. As usual , something wrong with my new AC. U paid this inept company 458$ to come back and fix , as the unit was dripping into my ceiling. I am 1,100 miles away and I gave them another chance. What a bad decision. 8 phone calls and zero cooperation. My tenant had no AC. Elias could not care Not even a home call back. I mean NEVER should you use these over priced incompetent people. Once again everyone out there, Stay Away. I am always open minded to second and third chances at making things right. These clowns have no business , being in business. Work quality is deceitful and they as a company , especially Elias , the world biggest liar. Stay Away

I had the option of calling three other companies, but when I spoke to the manager at this particular company, their friendliness and willingness to understand our problem stood out.

On a hot day, my tenants needed the air conditioner to be fixed promptly. This company arrived within two hours and handled the situation with remarkable professionalism. They were incredibly kind to our tenants, explaining the process and what to expect in detail. This level of communication and care is rare in today's service industry, where many contractors simply tell you what's wrong without offering explanations.

The service was ok the fix the problem with the unit the problem was that they offer me to installs the google nest thermostat with a live time warranty they were suppose to replace it for free I call the first time after two weeks because the temperature was going up To 78! they fix the unit and they say there was an issue with the capacitor and they charge me 450.00 to fix it again then this happen again 3 times and they fix the unit no charge but they told me is the google nest thermostat that is doing this they told me that I need it to go thru a process with google to be able to replace the thermostat and I did I. Call them after to follow up on this issue and they never responded after a wiId I just stop they never respond to my calls I’ m still got the issue every couple weeks the temperature goes high again but I found out that if you turn off the unit outside and the unit inside A reset in the two unit google turns off and after you reset the units for 5 minutes everything works Perfect I’ m very disappointed on this company they lie and offer you a product with warranty that they don’t plan not to fulfill I don’t recommend this company is a nightmare deal with them they charge you a lot every time they go to your house

We called around for quotes from multiple companies. I wanted to make sure the company we chose was licensed and found Pole of Cold, was not only licensed in Colorado, but in Texas and Florida and they quoted the best price, with the best labor and parts warranty. There was a special going on and we were given a choice of a Goodman and Trane. We went with the Trane. The price quoted, included labor and materials. The technicians were very professional and respectful of our time and property, while replacing our AC unit. Our house is now very cool(pun intended) now and set on 70 but it feels like it's set on 65.
My dog doesn't sleep in front of the vents like he used to, haha the big boy gets cold faster now.

Unreliable and poor service. Showed up an hour late from the scheduled time. The technician diagnosed the AC issue and did not provide follow up estimate of cost. Contacted the company 3+ times to schedule & remedy the issue only for them to not follow through on multiple occasions. Literally took the money for the “service fee” and did nothing afterwards. Provide bad service, receive a bad review!

I had two AC systems, installed by a different company, in need of repair. I called Pole of Cold Air Mechanical and they were able to come out the same day and diagnose the issue. They found that the compressor in one was not working and were able to submit a warranty claim for it, they also found the leak on my other system, the previous installers did not tape and seal one of the connections. The turnaround on the part was very quick, only 1 day and they were back out to within two days to fix both systems. Elias and his team did a great job with the repairs and explaining everything to me. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of Hvac repair or installation.

Fair price and Bryan was very responsive. We had some struggles with installation, but they came out at 11pm on a Saturday and 9am on a Sunday to fix it. Very nice guys. I trust they will continue to help if issues arise.

Had them install new AC and air handler. Nice enough guys but for charging $2000 basically in labor for the install (total price about $4500) I would expect better attention to detail and them to take the time to do the job 100% right.

I’m in the process of renovating my condo and without telling me they rerouted the wiring which used to be hidden in the wall so that it is now visible and very sloppy looking. Now I will have to go back and redo this work as this is not acceptable. I asked them if they could redo it properly and they basically just said “no”. Additionally when they drilled holes in the drywall they didn’t bother cleaning up the dust or removing my belongings (they are all covered in drywall dust now). Also you can see in the picture they didn’t even smooth or sand they drywall after they finished. For a $2000 job I would have expected them to take the time to do it right.

Hoping Pole of Cold will read this and offer to finish the job properly.

Update: Pole of Cold did read this and came back to route the wires through the wall which required opening and patching the drywall which I don't believe would have been necessary if they had used existing wires to route the new wires. I was appreciative they took the initiative to come back out to finish the job but the patch job even after all the trouble was maybe "c grade" and quite sloppy. Anyway its in a closet so I won't worry about it too much but still. Changing from 2 stars to 4.

We replaced our home air conditioner and we are glad that we contacted Pole of Cold. They are very knowledgeable, they removed the old air conditioner and installed a new one. They are informative, prompt and they left our home with a crisp coolness in the air. We are happy with the services provided.

Update 24 hours after the new AC was installed and the temperature output from the evaporator coil is reading 58 degrees and and the inside home temperature is 72 degrees. I read on the Internet that these numbers represent a good functioning air conditioning. The new system has the latest R32 refrigerant which is cooling my home excellently and it's my understanding that the R32 is more efficient in electrical savings.

On top of that they were very understanding of my circumstances and gave me good warranties on both equipments and labor. I very satisfied customer.

We bought a new house in Doral and the inspection showed the AC was on its last legs. Called several companies for quotes on AC Repairs and full replacement. RiverCool gave the most detailed explanation and best warranty. They removed the ancient unit, installed the new one, added UV lights and even fixed some duct issues we didn’t know about. Power surge after a storm fried my outside unit. Insurance was dragging their feet so I paid out of pocket for speed. RiverCool had new condenser installed next day. Filed the claim for me and I got reimbursed fully. Above and beyond service. Cool house and money back – can’t beat that!
