I had a problem with my AC and a called a Coolsquad.

I read before review but I dont not why the person talk bad of this company. In my case, the person that taked my call was friendly qnd undersatand my situation. They sent technician ASAP.

They arrived in a couple of hours, they fixed the problem of my AC in short time. After that they technician take so time to clean the condenser and the drain tray to prevent future problem. I was so happy.

I recommend this company.

I would put zero stars if Google allowed me to. Worst treatment and experience I've ever had from a service company. We have been getting the run around for 4 days in the middle of summer with no air conditioning. First day they didn't have the right tools, Second day they never showed up to our scheduled appointment (never called to let us know either), Third day they fixed one issue but it didn't fix the problem of NO AIR, and here it is on the evening now of the Fourth day going into a Holiday weekend with my family in route to stay with us, and cool squad was suppose to be here hours ago, no update, just sitting here waiting on them. I'm a tenant and this is my landlords friend, she insisted we use them and wouldn't let me have someone more professional and experienced come fix it the right way days ago!! Folks do yourself a favor and call another company before falling victim to poor business practice and wasting hours or days sitting around waiting on them.

CoolSquad has been servicing my A/C for a couple years but in their last maintenance they damaged the air, and even after many attempts to "fix" it they air remained failing. It was certainly a frustrating experience where they showed not having any idea of what they were doing sending different technicians on every visit. I finally got it fixed with a different company and they showed me how instead of replacing the board, as CoolSquad was supposed to do, they bypassed it with other cheaper components. Not to mention that CoolSquad actually charged me for some of the repairs of the damage they were supposed to cover. Ultimately the fix really required replacing the blower motor, but I guess CoolSquad was trying to avoid such cost. I highly recommend you staying away of this company.

I recently switched to Cool Squad to maintain our AC system for 3 warehouses, 2 in Medley totaling over 500,000 sqft and one in Doral of 150,000 sqft and I highly recommend their services. They are extremely professional, on time, fair price, and much more. They have a lot of experience in the various systems we have installed at these 3 facilities. Jesus (the owner) is EXCEPTIONAL!! So helpful and explains the details of the problem with the unit. His wife Alejandra is equally attentive!! Seamless to work with them and they offer finance!!!! They offer great brands like carrier and trane and offer 10 year warranty!!!!

It is very hard to find responsable and trustworthy company. When you find one, you feel relief and stay with them. This is our experience with Cool Squad Air Conditiining. They are honest people. Great to work with Jesus and his team. Very professional and responsive to all my requests and concerns. We had two full AC systems installed in our remodeled house. This included all new ducting and vents. Job was complicated due to the age of the home (1925). But they worked with our engineer to find workable solutions. I would highly recommend CoolSquad to anyone.
