One of the two AC units at my house called it quits on a Friday morning (20 y/o unit), Reinaldo was at my house later that day and the new American Standard AC unit was installed by the following Monday afternoon. From Reinaldo’s quick response on Friday all the way through the high quality installation the following Monday, I am very satisfied with the purchase of the new AC. Reinaldo is a very knowledgeable and detail oriented professional (I know because I was at home that day and watched him install the unit). Clean work and did the job correct to vendor specification. Customer service centric and you get that immediately when speaking to Rey. I had a very easy and stress free experience with Vista Mechanical. I needed a new HVAC and stand. The estimate for the work I received was fair and, once I approved the estimate, they took care of coordinating everything with my building and setting up for the permit.
