They complete all my warranty documentation, and the installation was very professional. 5 STARS!!!

Edel and his co-worker (sorry I didn’t get his name) did a maintenance check and some adjustments quickly & efficiently. No issues at all.

Spent well over a month shopping for a new A/C unit. Edel, from Xelor Air, came out after hours one day of the week and spent almost two hours with us going over options. This is something most installers won't do, Costco came out to give us a quote, they were here for less than 40 minutes and you couldn't deviate from the two options they offered.

Couldn't of been happier that we decided to go with Xelor Air. After signing the sales agreement, they were onsite in less than 24 hours installing the new unit. The installation crew was friendly, kept us informed of the progress and made sure the work area was kept clean.

After installation, Edel was onsite to do a walk-through of the new unit and to make sure the installation not only went as planned but met our expectations. Based on my experience and that of my neighbor, who recommend them to us, I have to say that Xelor Air is the company to use when it comes to your A/C needs.

Jorge and Edel, from Xelor Air, contacted us a few days after the installation to see how the unit was working and to let us know that the warranty/registration was being emailed to us. Thank you Xelor Air, for working with us to make this usually complicated process, a simple one.

Edel came out right after he called and showed up when he said he would. He found my unit 1 lb low on freon and added it , did a simple check of the coils inside and did not notice a leak. So hopefully it was just low. He was friendly and knowledgeable thanks Edel and Xelor Air. I would recommend them to anyone they were very professional ask for Edel!!!

Buyer Beware! My 89 year old grandmother lives alone in Broward County, Florida and relied on this company for years to perform periodic air conditioning maintenance. In June, her AC died and Xelor told her she needed a new unit. She trusted them and I believe they knew she would be unlikely to seek additional estimates. They quoted her three pricing options for a 4 ton Lennox AC, ranging from $10,800 to $15,999. No duct work was involved. She agreed to the priciest option (16 seer rated), without seeking advice from family or getting additional quotes. She was desperate to get the cool air flowing again. After learning about the purchase after the fact, I consulted with three HVAC professionals, who all agreed that the prices quoted were about DOUBLED the market price. I called the vice-president of Xelor, to complain that he had taken unfair advantage of an elderly widow. (He was present on the day of installation). He was adamant that they had done nothing wrong, because she agreed to their price. Besides over-charging her by about $8000, Xelor failed to provide her with any written warranty on Labor or Parts.

Emailed the night before service at about 545 PM. Received a callback from a representative about 30 minutes later and an appointment was set for the following morning between 9 and 10 am. Service Technician Edel showed up at about 0920 and was immediately able to determine what the problem was. A favorable quote was given for the repairs and performed in a timely manner. Nothing like A/C comfort during our hot temperatures here in Miami.
Service Tech Edel was very professional and prompt and we had our service restored in no time.

Excellent service — I’ve been a customer since 2003 and have used the services of Xelor at three different houses. Always dependable and punctual, with fair prices. This past weekend one of my two A/C units reached its end of life and Xelor replaced it today in little less than two hours (they had already replaced the other unit back in 2015).
