I cannot speak highly enough about Artic Aces in Dover, FL, and especially their technician Shawn, who truly saved me from what could have been an incredibly costly mistake.

They told me—without any thorough inspection—that my condenser was starting to fail and that I urgently needed to replace the entire unit and ductwork at a cost of $12,000–$15,000. Outstanding service! I called late pm and had service the next morning. My system went through a thorough investigation and found the fan was at fault. My tech notified me of the issue, I agreed to the new fan purchase. He went out of his way to pick up a unique fan motor and installed it. Price was very generous and even though I’m not looking for service anytime soon, I will definitely be using Artic Aces again.

I contacted Arctic Aces for an after hours emergency on a Friday night. The response was immediate. I was given an estimated arrival time and the name and picture of the technician who would be coming. The technician told me what the problems were, how he was going to fix them, and things I could do to keep the unit running smoothly.
