I cannot stress the professionalism I received from Clark Air Services. While other companies seem to be in a "for-profit" model, Clark Air Services is still a, what is best for the customer, company. I unfortunately have had a few bad run ins with other air conditioning companies that would not only attempt to upsell me, but tell me that my unit was experiencing problems in a tactic to have me panic sign on high priced "remedies". Dustin came over to my house and performed a routine diagnostic check of my unit and told me that everything was fine which was a relief compared to what other companies were trying to push. If you are in the Lithia area, I strongly suggest utilizing Clark Air Services for your heating and cooling needs. They have earned themselves a long-time customer as I will be using them for routine maintenance from here on out.

I have used Clark Air Services for many years, including several times on an emergency basis. They are always quick to return a phone call, all the employees are always extremely professional and arrive and leave in a timely manner. I recently had a new unit put in and the entire process was seamless, including assistance with getting a rebate through TECO. It is evident that this company is run efficiently, with employees who love their jobs. Highly recommend!

This is by far one of the best bangs for your buck when it comes to maintenance and service. The techs are completely polite and professional with a problem solver focus to ensure that the issue is fully resolved. Locally owned. This is a company that truly values the client! We had troubles with our AC shutting off due to our drain line bring clogged. Vince came out and attempted to clean it out. It worked for a couple hours but unfortunately clogged up again and shut off. I called back and Vince promptly came back out to the house. He tried a few other solutions to get the drain line unclogged and also fixed and pitched the line so that it would drain easier from now on. He went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was corrected.

We have been using Clark for about 10 years to come out and do an annual check and tune up We returned from vacation and our AC was not working properly, the indoor unit was leaking on it floor. I called them at 4:30 and Travis had Dustin here by 6 that evening. Our unit was pretty much done in after 18 years of use. Travis sent us the quote to replace the unit later that evening. We had our new unit installed on Saturday. The 2 guys who did the install were terrific. They were on time, professional, courteous. They cleaned up, hauled away everything, and were respectful of our property. Could not have asked for a better experience. Notable is that all the people we have dealt with at Clark have been working there a long time. This company knows their business and delivers great service.

My AC stopped working in the middle of the night. This company answered the phone on Saturday and came out within hours and resolved the issue for a very fair price. Outstanding service and very professional. Will definitely use in the future.

Best HVAC company I have ever worked with in 25 years of homeownership. Prompt, friendly and polite service. They don't lecture you about maintenance or try to upsell you into worthless contracts. They just try to fix your problem as soon as possible.

We've used Clark Air Services for over 10 years and they've ALWAYS come out when our AC system broke. Travis and Vince have been a pleasure to work with and never leave you without AC. Amazing company with great service. System went down today after hours and Vince turned around as he was headed home and fixed the system. Happy wife for sure! Thanks again.

A/C went out Saturday. Clarence from Clark was here 8:30am Monday. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and then came back at 6pm to install it. Excellent customer service.

Couple weeks ago I woke up with a broken A/C, I called this company as recommended by a coworker. Kevin advised me they were booked for the day but will let me know if anything opens, within 20 minutes, Kevin called me back as he got an opening. Within an hour he was at my house, and had my A/C up and running. Excellent customer service!

For the second time in about two or three months, I had an AC problem. Clark air responded timely and were very honest about the repairs needed and did not try to do more than what was necessary. Today Clarence came by and he offered what could be done but then also told me that it was not mandatory to fix what was happening. Basically my AC was making a noise and it was bothersome to me and he checked it out and explained what it was. He told me it was up to me if I wanted to replace the part or not. The AC was still working. Anyways, I opted to have him replace the part for my peace of mind and he took care of it promptly, the price was very good, and all is well again. Under this new ownership and management, they are amazing and I highly recommend them

We used Clark Air to replace our 20 year old system with a new Trane 2 unit system for our two story home. After multiple quotes from other companies we decided to go with Clark and we are incredibly happy we did. They did a great job from start to finish. Customer service has been great, and I’m very impressed with the quality of work as well. Prices were extremely competitive with others in the area, and we are impressed with how quickly and smoothly the install went. You won’t regret trusting them with keeping your family comfortable with their heating and air conditioning needs.

We had an issue with our air conditioning unit where it would make a very loud grinding noise in the evening. This team came out to our house 3 times until they could find the source of the issue, and they worked with us on the financial aspect so we wouldn’t have to pay them over and over again for their services. We will be using them again!

Amazing company! Fast, affordable and professional, I was able to get my AC repaired within 24 hours of the technician showing up (had to order the part on my old unit). Didn’t try to upsell me, shot straight with me and delivered as expected. AC is running perfectly now. If you have ANY AC issues this would be my first call. Vince (technician that came out) was great! Trouble shot the problem, gave me his recommendation and quoted me a price. Military and First Responder friendly company, we need to support small family owned businesses like this!
