They helped me solve an A/C issue over the phone. All of their staff is knowledgeable and well informed. The steps they advised worked perfectly. I will use them for ALL my A/C maintenace from this point on. Believe me, they are great and I recommend them to anyone.

Ac went out and I gave Clark AC a call. They had Dustin out to my house within 30 minutes and Dustin had my AC running in 30 more minutes! Couldn't be more pleased with their service. Highly recommended.

Update: 2 years later had another issue with my AC. Vince came out and was just as awesome as last time.

Clark Air Services of Lithia, Florida, did a fantastic job replacing my 18 year old Heat Pump system with a top of the line Trane system and saved me a lot of money from other estimates which I had obtained from larger AC & Heating companies and without sacrificing anything for the savings either!

I have a large 5 ton system which is expensive to replace, but I wanted the best replacement system I could afford and thankfully, with what I saved by choosing Clark Air Services, I was able to afford exactly what I wanted which was the best of the best systems made by Trane and with an exceptional energy rating too, which is about double or more the energy rating of my old system.

I'm expecting each electric bill I will receive going forward, will just be another happy reminder of the costs Clark Air Services continues to save me, because if I had of chose one of the other companies at a higher cost, I probably would have been compelled to choose a less efficient system.

Actually, the ideal size system needed for my home would be about a 4.5 ton system and even the builder 18 years ago dealt with that by installing a 4 Ton heat pump on the outside with a 5 ton air handler on the inside. However, with the evolution of the more efficient variable speed heat pumps and air handlers made by Trane, I had less worry about oversizing my system since these newer variable speed systems rarely run at full capacity anyway, but when needed for those scorching summer days, the full capacity is available when I will need it most and still cost me much less to run than my old system!

In summary, I was already aware that Clark Air Services enjoyed a great local reputation for their services, but when the need arises for a replacement system, Clark Air Services is just as good and just as reasonably priced too!

Called this morning with a bad capacitor issue. Tech was here at 1, out by 1:20, with our unit back up and running. Very reasonable price and outstanding service with knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend Clark Air Service and will be call when the next issue comes about. A+++++++

We have been using Clark Air for about 5 years - since we moved to FishHawk and Travis came out to fix our A/C over a weekend when my wife was pregnant. They are always fairly priced and honest. I have complete confidence in the work they do and their recommendations for maintenance, etc. Shannon is always friendly and professional when we call as well. I can't recommend them enough.

We have used Clark in the past with great service and fair pricing. My parents who are elderly living in a 55 and older community called with their heat not working on CHRISTMAS EVE morning. It was 30 degrees outside. Our first call was to Clark. They were there within a couple of hours, found the problem quickly, and charges a fair price! My air conditioner stopped working the morning I was leaving for two weeks out of the country. I didn't want my house sitter to be left in the heat. My mother was able to contact Travis for me, and he came out the next morning to replace what ended up being a broken capacitor. He took a credit card payment over the phone, and charged a very reasonable fee. Excellent service...I'll definitely recommend him to everyone I can!

Outstanding service - Tech Dustin was at my house within half an hour of me calling in a fault (a stuck-on blower and heater). He quickly diagnosed the problem down to faulty wiring, and was able to fix within 20 mins. I will always support local businesses where I can and this one came highly recommended, and with good reason - thanks!

I have used Clark Air Services for over 14 years and they ALWAYS deliver! My AC Unit went down this week and with temps in upper 90's and Heat Index at 110+, I was desperate to get the AC back up & running. I called and within 24 hrs. they had a technician, Dustin, out on a VERY HOT Saturday afternoon. He was able to diagnose the issue and get it repaired within an hour or so! I have also had Vince (technician) out in the past and he is awesome as well! They are always HONEST, COURTEOUS, COMPETITEVLEY PRICED and VERY REPSONSIVE! If you ever have any AC or HVAC issues I HIGHLY recommend Clark Air services.

I have had to use Clark Air Services twice in the last few months; once for the downstairs and once for the upstairs. Each time, during busy seasons, they were at my home in less than 24 hours. One time, when a special part was needed, it took an extra day to repair, A SINGLE DAY. They made a special trip to get the part. Here is the attitude that is 5-star. The part could have been one of two. One was much more expensive. Travis was genuinely relieved when it was the cheaper part. They seem to care about their customers more than any HVAC service I have ever dealt with. Today, they fixed the A/C that cooled where my daughters sleep. They had worked all day in the heat, yet they made sure to get to my house and make the repair. It was quick, the part was replaced, AC is back working. There is no one else you need to call besides Clark for HVAC, nobody.

After two companies came out (one being very highly rated on google) and said I needed a new compressor and quoted me $3,500, my realtor recommended Clark Air Services. I called them and they came out the same day. They were very professional and courteous and explained what was happening with the system. They had it up and running within minutes and found it was only a bad capacitor. I requested Dustin, the tech to also do a full service. A couple hundred dollars all said and done. A very honest company and super quick service, cant recommend enough!

The Clark team is on-time, responsive, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I needed a unit repair and annual maintenance on another. Vince, the tech was kind, courteous and honest. All work done and a new part ordered late on a Friday afternoon. Installation of the new part was quick and performed by Vince (again) and he was joined by Dustin; the two of them worked like a seasoned team and it was obvious they are highly skilled at their trade. Clark came highly recommended by two different neighbors. I trust my neighbors and now I also trust Clark Air Services. I highly recommend this team if you are ever in need of support for your environmental systems.
