Quick and professional service at a fair price! Rapid trouble shooting of an over pressure problem with our irrigation pump system. They added a missing pressure valve unit, repaired a break in the irrigation line and tested the unit and gave advise on maintaining the system. Very friendly and helpful technician.

I called Dave because my pump was kicking on quite frequently. He told me to turn off the water to the house first to make sure there wasn't an underground leak before coming out. That wasn't the problem. Called him back and he came out the same day and diagnosed that it was my pressure tank. He replaced it and the check valve and a few other pipes. I would highly recommend him and should I have any problems in the future he will be the first person I call. Thanks again Dave!!!

I have used their service a couple times over the last month and they have been great! They are professional, friendly, and came out quickly to complete the repairs. I will call them for any of my pump/well needs.

We called David at 8:30 this morning and he was here and repairs made by 9:45!! He is VERY nice and prices were more than fair!! Can't say enough about how quickly he got out here when my family was without water! Thank you David! We will use you exclusively in the future and recommend you to anyone we know. We had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving and our local company could not come. So we called David's a little after 10am. Justin was here within two hours and had us up and running in a half hour. Very professional courteous and reasonable price. We would use them again if the need arises.

Woke up to no running water at my house so I tried calling a couple of places but no answer. Thank goodness I called David!!! He sent someone to my house within 20 mins and after they explained to me that my pump burned out, they went back got the replacement and within an hour problem was fixed and work completed!!! I'm so happy and glad I found a honest, fast and caring company with David's..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We woke up this morning without water and started calling around to find someone to help. I’m glad we found David’s pump service. They were able to get us up and running quickly and they were a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

Josh came out and did my repairs and everything is working great! Anytime they come out, the guys are professional, polite, knowledgeable and honest! I highly recommend them.

My pump went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called David's and they were there within 30 minutes. Unfortunately my old pump was dead. If the storm clouds weren't moving in they were going to try to replace it that night! They showed up early the next day and the whole job was done by 1030 am. And I got a good price, didn't even charge for the Sunday service call. You can't get any better service. Impressive

We were very impressed with the service today. I believe it was Josh and James that came out today and replaced our well pump. Very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. We have several tenants so we depend upon our well and they were here as soon as I called. We had used the same well company for 15 years but have recently been dissatisfied with their service. I found this company yesterday and I will definitely be using them from now on for any issues we have. Thank you for great service.

David, the owner was very professional and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. Within less than 30 minutes, he has diagnosed the problem and made a recommendation. It took maybe 5 minutes to fix the problem with his recommendation and a total of 1-1/2 hours to fix and install another part that I requested.

It took the longest time because of unfortunate problems that were beyond his control. Still David remained calm and handled everything with precision.

I recommend David’s Well & Pump Service with very high regards. I’m posting this review the same day of the service and I believe that my problem is solved. David did give me a 90 days warranty on his service call. The pricing was reasonable.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price! It’s not often you find that nowadays. My well stopped working and after trying my hand at fixing it and failing, I called David’s. Within 20 minutes they were at my house. Josh was very professional and in no time found the problem and repaired it. You don’t realize how precious water is until you’re without it! Thanks guys! I appreciate your honesty, hard work, and professional service! All of this at a great price! I highly recommend David’s Well Services to anyone in need of a well or well repair services.

2024: I cannot recommend David's Pump enough! When we moved, we had them come out and inspect our system and they were fantastic. When our well pump died last week, they outdid themselves. Josh went above and beyond to work with us and our home warranty company which saved us a ton on a new pump. Josh and Troy were efficient, professional and did a great job. They really went above and beyond to help us out in a difficult situation and made sure that we had our well back in working order quickly.

2021: We called David's because the other company we had originally chosen did not deliver our well inspection in a timely manner. They were able to get someone out the same day to inspect our well. Josh, who came out was very professional and very informative.

It was a bonus that the price was less than the first company too.

We will definitely call David's for future well issues.

David's Pump and Well Service also known as Hillsborough Pump and Well Service now came out on a Sunday today to repair our well issue. Everyone was very nice and helpful from Amy in the office to the gentleman that came to our home today on a Sunday holiday weekend to get water running thank you for such good service!

I absolutely do not recommend David’s Pumps. When my parents’ pump went out, they came out and tried to convince them to install a brand new well in the back of the yard, even though three other families already have wells there. They wanted to replace everything, not reuse any of the existing parts, and quoted them over $12,000. Fortunately, I got a second opinion from another company, and they are going to replace the pipe for just a few hundred dollars plus labor.

David’s Pumps seems more interested in making money than actually helping customers. My parents are elderly, and taking advantage of them like this is unacceptable. On top of that, they were supposed to call back in a couple of days and never did. My parents were out of water for five days and had to rely on a neighbor’s pump, which isn’t fair to anyone. They even called and left messages, but no one responded.

Ironically, my parents were ready to pay in cash, but David’s Pumps clearly judged them wrong and missed out on the business. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting them.
