Excellent service, I was calling around for a replacement part for my neighbor's broken well pump and the lady that took my call at David's pump service was very helpful by providing me all info needed, I spoke with Dave and ended out setting up a service call, now the pump is working like a champ and we all happy, the right positive attitude is the key to success for any business , they are a team player, great punctuality, reasonable price and honest, Would highly recommend them.

The switch on my well melted. They were there in under an hour and in less than two hours I had water again. I have used them before and they always have professional technicians that know their stuff.

I called July 4th weekend on Saturday afternoon because our well was struck by lightning. David answered his phone when I called and was at my house within 40 minutes. Shortly afterward he had it fixed. For a price I thought was extremely fair.

They came out and as usual friendly and nice guys, but they only replaced the motor seal, and charged me over $400 it was a major rip off. I'm very disappointed.

Prompt. For a pump not working, charged for ants having affected the electric.

Had the exact same problem with an AC and was charged $70 by the AC guy.
Definitely expensive for the job but prompt. So please get bids from others for routine stuff.
Emergency problem? Gotta do what you gotta do.

We've called them multiple times in the past for issues with our well pump. They were quick to respond, affordable and didn't try to upsell us to unnecessary or expensive repairs or services. We will use them again!
