Austin came out on time today (maybe even early) and couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. He thoroughly explained every question I had. I’ve used Veterans for a maintenance package and every team member I’ve encountered has been great to deal with.

This company has not only met but exceeded our expectations! Our technician was on time, efficient and very helpful. All air filters were changed and the service was great.

Service is always thorough and professional. After each visit I receive complete documentation of work done, system performance and supporting pictures. Techs are friendly and very knowledgeable.

I had a new AC System installed replacing an older unit. The work was accomplished in a timely. They always kept me updated. When the system was completed they covered in how to maintain the system and work the controls. Definitely we would recommend Veterans AC and Heating!

Awesome job. Just had Scott at my house to fix my a/c. He showed up early and had it diagnosed as I was pulling in the driveway. Replaced my blower motor in less than an hour, and cleaned out the air handler before he closed it up.

Called in the morning and within 2 hours Rob Johnson was on-site. He sent me the quote for a condensing unit fan motor. Having just losing my husband and his income, the pennies definitely need to be watched, so included with this quote for financing. I took a look at that and with the options, I decided to go with the repair. The following morning, Matthew Young came out with the fan and started the repair. But guess what, the motor is working great but the fan blade decides to poop out. So since I had already been approved for financing, Matthew ordered the blade, picked it up and within 1-1/2 hours, I had a working unit!

I just can't say how professional, compassionate and friendly Veteran's is. This starts from Sarah who is the number one person you start with. I want to say to all, JOB WELL DONE!!!

Michael came out to diagnose and bring up to speed an HVAC at our new home. He was professional, courteous, and diligent in his work. I got a detailed report and affordable service plan to keep our HVAC units up to task. Highly recommend to anyone, try out Veterans!

The service technician Rob J. Contacted me and arrived early. He was very professional and pleasant. His honesty about my AC situation was very refreshing. This was my 3rd time using Veterans AC and Heat and I will continue to be a customer.

Jesse Fentross was our service tech. He was very thorough while performing our HVAC maintenance check. I love his attention to detail and his ability to explain and give us a vast amount of info about our HVAC. Jesse was also very kind and courteous. We have hired serval companies in the past mand this company by far was the best. Hopefully we can make a request for Jesse to be our tech forever. Jesse we appreciate your honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this company.

We had Veterans AC service our unit after returning from “up North”. They arrived as scheduled and were very curtious and conscientious. They listened to our concerns and answers all questions with informative detail. They took the time to do a very good job. I Highly recommend them A+++. Our Tech “Ryan” is top notch! If I could give them 6 stars I would. After having 4 AC companies, 2 of which outright lied and took my money, I finally found a trustworthy, knowledgeable company. Can’t say enough good things! I owned a successful small biz for 25 years and know how a biz should be run.

Both their installation and service package have been excellent. Michael came today to do our annual service, and he was incredibly polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. He called 15 minutes before arrival so that I knew who would be coming and when, and he explained each step as he did it so that I felt informed.

I have nothing but great things to say about Veterans AC & Heat. They were referred to us back in 2024 and Ryan their technician is amazing! Ryan was the first technician that came out to service the AC and since then I request for him and they accommodate me every time! I'm sure all of the technicians are great but it's nice having the same technician. Their staff are equally amazing. Friendly and equally supportive. I highly recommend them!!!

Great and consistent service, treats customers with respect and are very transparent. We have had Veterans perform both maintenance calls and equipment installation on our heat pump systems. They installed a mini split system that has been running beautifully and they have serviced our older main heat pump too. Every technician has been courteous and professional and all of the installation and service work has been completed to a very high standard. Even their routine service checks are very thorough and they have never pushed any unnecessary work on me. My most recent service with Michael Daus was stand out and very professional.
