I can not say enough about Cates! We arrived at our home to NO POWER! After the power company came out, I called Cates. They sent someone out right away … on a Sunday and it was late in the day. Colton did a FANTASTIC job!!!! He was professional, courtesy and made sure everything worked before he left. He is a HUGE asset to Cates!!!

If you need any type of electrical help, call Cates and ask for Colton. The entire team will do their best to get you back to “normal” as fast as humanly possible!

I am building a subdivision on St. George Island and we have partnered with Cate's Electric to complete all of our electrical work for the site.

I have to say, I have nothing but high praises for these men. I was given a new crew lead, Mr. Shane Stokes, and he has really taken to his position. He shows up on time, every time, and his team produces nothing but excellent work. Between Mike, Blake, and Shane, I'm sure this company can suit any of your electrical needs from the ground up. Excellent experience today with cates electric ( team Kaylin and Damian) installing a 220v dedicated line for an irrigation pump. Very pleasant and professional crew. Both Kaylin and Damian were cheerful and friendly and certainly knew what they were doing. Kaylin went out of her way to help with several other electric questions not associated with today’s job. Much appreciated. Would definitely reccomend them to others.

We have owned a home on SGI for over 5 years now and we consistently find that Cates offers the best service around. They communicate very well and come when they say they will. Because they are so good, their schedule can be full but they will do their best to work with you. The team recently worked us into the schedule well in advance of our scheduled date because they understood that we were going to need to leave before they could get to us. We have nothing but great things to say about Cates and all of their very professional workers!

I called yesterday morning for a quote on an issue we are having and they were out yesterday afternoon. They were honest and took the time to explain the different options. I will definitely be using this company in the future. The office staff was pleasant and the service was excellent!

First of all, I’d like to start off by saying as soon as I walked through the front door to talk to them about electrical work I needed done I was greeted by melanie (she’s a hoot) and also met Mike Cates at that point I pretty much knew that I had come to the right company , after going over a few things that I needed I was told I would meet an estimator that turned out to be Kevin (super nice guy). We went over everything I needed and I soon received an estimate. We scheduled the install for a couple of weeks later at my request and the crew that showed up consisting of Kevin,Josh(definetly does things the right way), gator (a UGA guy so good already) and Chase(very hard worker) and on the second day, they were joined by a young man named Bailey (not afraid of heights ). The work they did to my home was beyond my expectations. They were professional but also joked with each other and had a wonderful and great working relationship with each other. I cannot say enough about this company for not only showing up when they said they would, but also had great attitude and professionalism with their work. It all starts with good leadership so kudos to you Mike ! And all of the crew that worked on my home thank you very much. Thank you for treating not only me but my home and family with the upmost respect. Great work !

My appreciation started with Melanie answering the phone and getting my order set up and promptly it be Thanksgiving week. Brock and Eli came, hustled in, went through what needed to be done, replaced some lights, took down a ceiling fan, put together one,, and was out of my house in an hour. They cleaned everything, carried off the trash etc. I would rate them a 10 if I could. Excellent work in Tandem from these 2! So happy. Thank you Cates Electric !!

Advanced Air Care was wonderful when we needed a repair fast! They are family owned and the customer service was top notch! Their services plans are affordable and they go above and beyond for their customers!

These guys really made me feel taken care of. It was an A+ experience from the time I called to the time I was back to cooling again.

And best of all? They were fast. There is NOTHING WORSE than sweating in the Florida heat when your AC goes down, and Advanced Air Care were out within the hour and had me cooling again within two hours.

I felt like the team here had my best interests in mind and didn't just try to cram a new system down my throat.

I really liked how the tech presented the information to me by telling me the minimum I needed to do to get my AC cooling again, and what I could do to prevent another breakdown in the near future.

I had my blower motor go down and Advanced Air sent someone earlier than scheduled. The tech was honest and thoughtful. Clear pricing was stated. I opted for the most expensive fix to keep OE parts. The tech had to go buy the parts and come back and still got my system fixed and running efficiently again. Nobody better in Tallahassee and surrounding areas to use than Advanced Air Care. Very good service and honest company.
