When we arrived at the beach our AC was dead. Gunn was able to get someone out right away to look at it. They were even able to find a distributor in PCB and have someone bring the tech the necessary compressor. The tech then stayed until late that night to be certain we were comfortable and everything was working. Would highly recommend.

I have always used Pruitt's because I have never had an issue with their service whatsoever. Every time I have ever called this company I have gotten an immediate response. You don't have to sit back and wait for them to get back with you. On a few occasions I have actually sent George a personal message that may have seemed insignificant but it was important to me and he responded almost immediately. When I was in high school, George was the "cool bus driver", he was the driver willing to play the radio; he was down to earth and that same person exists today. He has not changed a bit and that's what I like, consistency. You always know what to expect and that is a laid back but very professional service who actually cares for your situation and not just the money they're going to make. I'm sure there are other HVAC businesses around that offer good service but I'm not willing to take a chance.

Pruett's Air Conditioning is top notch! We had our 20 plus year-old AC unit freeze over and the very knowledgeable, nice lady at the office gave us detailed instructions, over the phone, as to what to do right away and she then said she would get a call out to George Pruett - the owner of the company. Within ten minutes (I kid you not) both George and his son were here, ready to repair the unit! They had it repaired and up and running within thirty minutes. Both very nice gentlemen and boy did they know their stuff!
