Update Nov 2025 : the unit finally gave up the magic smoke Air Shield still knocked it out of the park, came in and diagnosed the power issues and lack of production; replacements in bound and in a timely manner no less ; 10/10 for Carrie and her very quiet associate once again!

Respectful, reasonable, and most importantly responsive. Our unit went down, 1 call later help arrived the same day! Diaz arrived right from another job ready to jump in. He was able to root cause the issue quickly and walked us through everything as well as provided recommendations for the future. Austin was great. He took the time to show me what was wrong with my heating unit and what would have to be done to repair it. Also he gave me the estimated cost.

I have to say this was the best maintenance that I have ever received on my AC unit, Greg Valdes and Isidro Diaz went out of their way to clean and service the unit. None of the other service team had never cleaned the coils or drain. These two guys were amazing. I wish you all had more guys like them. They make Air Shield look good. Thank you Greg and Isidro, your the best.

Tammy is great. Very customer focused and professional. She took her time hearing my issues and patiently was able to guide me through and get me the help I needed. Austin was great! My AC wasn’t cooling properly and when I got home the thermostat screen was completely black. I thought it was just a battery issue, but the problem was much deeper. Austin came out after hours, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything in a way that made sense what caused the issue, why the system wasn’t cooling, and what we can do to prevent it moving forward. He fixed the issue on the spot and my house is now cooling perfectly.
