Kerry was our tech, today. On time, professional, courteous. Always explains the status of our air conditioner and handler. Spends time to go over all details, things to expect. Will ask for Kerry as our tech for future service calls.

I love having Diaz and Marcus from air shield. They go above and beyond any expectation and give the best maintenance all while being kind and informative.

Today Carrie and Jay came to do my bi-annual maintenance checkup on my 3 year old air conditioner. They were very professional in their appearance and respectful of my time and of my place. They asked how things were going and when I mentioned a few things that I had concerns with they addressed those right away. When finished they discussed with me their findings. Air Shield is the only AC company I’ve worked with since I moved to Florida 3 years ago and I’ve been very pleased with their service and technicians. It’s easy to write reviews when you’re upset with someone but it’s important to write reviews when you’re happy with the company and people they have working for them. Greg came with punctual timing, helped assess my coolant issues and reassured a tech would assist the issue. Great customer service and uplifting personality, would recommend to a friend with employee suggestion.

The first house I owned, living at and trying to make it work. One day (last March ’25) the A/C unit just stopped. Didn’t know why so I gave the number a call from the card and that is where I met Tammy and Brandi. They are the front of the house and great communicators between owners of the house and their support team. I was greeted with a courteous ‘Hello what can we do for you, Sir’, I stated that my A/C unit went down. They sent a technician my way. Both Tammy and Brandi are kind, caring and make you feel at ease, they got this, and from what I can see, they do have it. They worked well for all the coordination effort needed and billing needs I had.
The technician was Diaz and he checked the unit over and found a red light on. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Within 30 mins we had nice, cool air blowing through the home. Ahhhhh, refreshing…..
The house I was living at didn’t work out and we had moved to a different house. I was selling the house and it failed the inspection for the A/C unit. So I reached out to Air Shield Heating and Cooling.
They sent out Carrie. When she arrived she was training someone new, Jay. Jay is off to great start and will do well as he helped the whole entire team, always busy getting things done. Carrie started inspecting the unit and then came the news of well, ‘Well Mr. Mack, you need a part as this one is 25 years old which had worn down and needs replacement’. She was kind and courteous throughout the whole process.
Meanwhile, in the second house which I’m currently living in, I scheduled a routine maintenance. Carrie and Jay were sent out for that as well. She inspected the A/C unit. She was very knowledgeable, respectful, and made me feel comfortable about the news that was about to be shared.
Well back to the story; Carrie shared that the unit could be fixed; however the cost of the parts would exceed the threshold of the units worth. I made the decision to get another unit. In our house I needed something silent, reliable, and worked well. So I went with it. No regrets at all to this day ! Thank you, Carrie ! The best part of this, they were able to install the A/C unit, the same day !
This is where I met Maykol. He was quiet, but effective, and efficient. He had a partner with him and they went to town breaking down the old unit and putting in the new unit. Maykol took the time with me to explain what was installed, what to look for and little did bits of knowledge about the system.
As Maykol was working on the unit, Carrie went the extra distance she checked the attic and found, yup, 25 year old builder grade venting. I was losing 10 degrees of cooling from one side of the house to the other. This increases your electricity bill and takes the life of your A/C unit as it is constantly trying to keep up. So I gulped and asked, how do we fix this?
Meanwhile back at the other ranch house, the part came in for it and the team sent out Austin. What can I say about Austin. He replaced the part very quickly and just like that we were up and running again. A couple weeks later though, the drain line was clogged due to I’m sure the inactivity we had when it was down during the sale and also the city water is well, very harsh for the pipes. Once again, Austin shows up, he is punctual, knowledgeable and goes to work on the unit, just like the last time we met. We carried on the conversation we started, like a couple of old friends…. Within a small amount of time, it is fixed once again. Thank you Austin !

I could write so much more about this Awesome Team, but I will end here and wish them well in business for many many years to come as I know I will be using their service again and again ! Thank you Air Shield Heating and Cooling.

Carrie and Jay are amazing HVAC Technicians. My home is now safe for my handicapped daughter to breathe in. Shes had a stroke, heart attack, liver transplant, crainiotomy! My priority has always been keeping her safe. Carrie and Jay have made that possible! Kudos to the best technicians and sales.

Great service! This company and their workers/team have such great care and thoughtfulness when conversating or trying to help figure out the best course of action. I spoke with jinny over the phone and it brought me joy to feel like she cared and took the time to listen to my situation. For sure the first place I am going to if I have any more problems in the future!

Air Shield Heating & Cooling is fantastic! Had issues with my air conditioning after purchasing a home 3 weeks ago. Didn’t really notice it since the weather was cool these past couple of weeks. Turns out the seller hadn’t done any maintenance on the air conditioner in a while. Which caused the drain line to clog and Isidro Diaz and his partner came to fix it the next morning on a Sunday and did a brief inspection overall on all systems. They will return later this week for a maintenance service. A++ highly recommend!

Jay and Diaz came to my home for my semi-annual service because I'm a member and I have to say they both were so very professional and knowledgeable gentleman. Very impressed and very happy to have the service done with Air Shield.

My experience with Air Shield has been exceptional. First I would like to commend Carrie and Ray for their concern for my safety and comfort. We ordered a new system and it was installed two days later. The installers Mykol and Umberto were first rate, cared for my home, and were very informative. I am happy with the new system. I would also thank Tammy for her responsive communications which made this pricess less stressful.

I have a service contract with Air shield heating and cooling. It takes the worry out of maintaining my unit that was purchased from them. Isidro is very Competent and informative. He explained everything that he did while he was doing it and reviewed afterward letting me know that everything is going well with my unit. It’s a pleasure and reassuring having this company take care of my heating and cooling.

Was a little hesitant with moving forward on purchasing a new unit after having constant issues with our old one, but Air Shield did an awesome job helping ease all questions and concerns. Greg Valdes was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we found a plan we were comfortable with. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to be treated with care

Diaz was really great at determining the problem with my heat pump and getting the fan motor replaced as quickly as possible. The customer service is excellent also. They did a same day follow up to ensure everything was working correctly.
