Reviews of local pros in Estero, Florida

Update in April 2020: the team was early and completed the bio-wash treatment in a timely manner all while maintaining our new social distancing norms. Owner is now able to take Venmo payments, so I find that super useful since I haven't written a check in over 10 years! Time will now tell if the bio-wash works, and I look forward to updating this review again in October!

Not entirely sure about the "minimal walking on the roof" since there was one tech up there the whole time. However, they did a fantastic job and we have signed up for the semi-annual bio-cleanse treatment program to keep the roof clean going forward. Definitely recommend, but be prepared for cash or check only!

Under Pressure does a fabulous job! We have had our roof cleaned, and our driveway cleaned & sealed. Looks amazing! They have also cleaned the walkways in our community. What a difference it makes! They show up when scheduled, and are courteous, efficient, and thorough. We couldn't be happier!

The staff of Under Pressure did a great job at my house. They actually went above what was quoted and didn't charge anything extra! They cleaned our pool deck and screen cage with great results. They also cleaned some walkway stones and a side door as a bonus! They were efficient, on time, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

Peter provides excellent service at a great price! I highly recommend their services and refer them to property managers when I can.

I have never given a service provider a 1 star review, but this team did a terrible job and other people should be aware. They essentially sprayed water around my driveway and told me sorry they couldn't get any stains out. They spent very little time or effort trying and didn't leave proper time for drying as evidenced by the pictures of the sealed in dirt and water stains still visible on my porch.

Even if the sealant cost $500 (which it didn't), for over $1,300 for less than 3 hours labor, there's a better value elsewhere.

Absolutely incredible work. Myself and my client are very happy with the job that was done at a real estate listing of mine. Pete and his team did a wonderful job pressure washing my clients home and driveway. I highly recommend 5 stars!

Under Pressure Cleaning & Sealing is a quality operation. They always answer the phone and offer the best service in Fort Myers. If you are looking roof cleaning, power washing, or sealing give them a call.

Peter and his team at Under Pressure Cleaning & Sealing are the best in SWFL. After a fine from my HOA his team was able to come out in a timely manor and my house looked brand new when his team was done.

The guys did a wonderful job cleaning our roof. They were super friendly, professional, and our roof looks fabulous! And thank you for getting to our job so quickly. You have a customer for life!

Peter & his staff were very thorough and definitely improved the look & durability of our paver pool deck, driveway and various pathways.

I can't speak highly enough of Peter and Under Pressure Cleaning and Sealing. Peter cleaned all the mold off my roof shingles and brought life back to my lanai. He was very responsive, polite, and thorough, both in reviewing my estimate with me, and the work he did. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

They did an amazing job, sealing our pool deck! Cleanup was fantastic! Do yourself a favor and use these guys for any of your roof cleaning or deck ceiling needs our pavers look amazing.

There are lots of companies out there that clean roofs so get this right... You want UNDERPRESSURE Cleaning and Sealing of Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita and Naples. I got in late to an arrangement this company made with others in my community but he (Pete) was willing to include me in the pricing he give them. That saved me $$$. Now the work.... They cleaned my roof and driveway making them look great..... especially the driveway that gets black over time for some reason. If you want quality work at a reasonable price contact these guys.
These comments are all mine.

I had a fantastic experience working with Peter at Under Pressure Home Washing
. I had a couple of clients who needed pressure washing, as well as my own property, and Peter went above and beyond. He answered his phone right away, texted me a quote within 15 minutes, and got me on his schedule quickly.

The communication was outstanding from start to finish — professional, prompt, and courteous. Peter’s professionalism and attention to detail make me look good to my clients, and that means a lot in my business. Under Pressure Home Washing
just moved to the top of my preferred vendor list and will get all my future business.

Thank you, Peter, for the excellent service!

Im thankful to have found sunshine organic cleaning.

The best!! I needed an area deep cleaned due to repeated marking from my dog and I LOVE their use of organic cleaning products! They left my place clean and without that awful lingering chemical fragrance smell that is as bothersome as the mess at hand. My rug is like new again and smelling fresh. Thank you Sunshine Organics! Will be supporting again and again for all of my cleaning needs!

Dustless Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning came to clean a clogged dryer vent for me, and they were very responsive and friendly.

Excellent service! I am very satisfied with their work! They provided a thorough cleaning of both our air ducts and dryer vent, and I could immediately feel the improvement in our home's air quality. Thank you, Dustless!
