Went to browse the Garden center and they have plenty of plants and garden related products. Store is almost too big. No salespeople except the lone cashier.

Went to buy mulch for the garden. Mulch was more expensive than the mulch a few miles away at an orange home improvement company.

Prices for landscaping rocks have gone up $4 a bag. There also seems to be a shortage now on materials --will have to do in stages due to shortage and increase in price. Checked another night box store and there were none available.

They have lots plants and everything that goes with it got some very nice real oak whiskey barrels from JD Distillery love it for plant holders had to put the rollers on myself no biggie still smell the whiskey when drilling holes for wheels!!!

I prefer the Lowes nearby (casselberry/fern park), to others. This is largely due to their having "clearance" racks all season long. At the beginning of the season it's plants that may have broken stems. That to me, really doesn't matter. A little love & a bunch of water & they will flourish for half the $$!
Most of the people who work in the garden center are very nice and amazingly helpful!
We were there for a venus fly trap, I told my daughter that I would bet Lowes have that. Sure enough they did in fact have it!!

I don't know why I prefer Home Depot. But Lowe's has great deals on certain things. Not sure if the pay sucks or if the people suck but I had a bad experience last time I went.

The garden center at Lowes in Fern Park was full of beautiful flowering plants and bushes of all types. They had a varied selection of succulents that my granddaughter was looking for today, so we left with a few tiny plants and one very unique one.

Lowe's seems to have everything I need in their garden center. I always enjoy browsing among all the plants and their racks of sale items. I rarely leave empty-handed.

I love going into the Fern Park Lowe's Garden Center, their flowers and plants are always fresh and well cared for and waiting for a customer to take a happy plant home. I went today for pebbles to go on top of my potted plants to keep them from drying out so much in this intense heat we've been having, and they have a nice variety. I chose black River Stones.
