Reviews of local pros in Fern Park, Florida

Airwaves did such an amazing job cleaning and disinfecting all of the vents and ducts. All the equipment needed were on hand. Very professional and knowledgeable. No issues or complainants in the hard to reach areas (attic and 14+ ft ceilings) and they cleaned and moved everything back in place. I recommend them 10/10. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Roberto is beyond amazing!!! He came out on a Sunday, no questions asked, when we returned home to our AC not working.
We now have a maintenance plan through him as well and could not be happier with his services.

Roberto is Very knowledgeable. Explained thoroughly what needed to be done to the AC. Very clean while working didn’t not leave a mess.

Roberto was very professional and knowledgeable with our A/C maintenance. He showed up on time, was very prepared, and went over a detailed report with us on all our AC systems, before he left. Amazing service!

I had Roberto and he was incredibly kind and got the job done which was extremely appreciated considering this heat 100% would recommend!!

Roberto was on time and efficient. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable around my entire system. I liked the updates and “tracking” to notify me of who my technician was and exactly when they were arriving. Very honest and trustworthy assessments of what was needed and more importantly what was NOT needed. Highly recommend and will continue to use as my go to HVAC service.

Roberto wore little booties to keep the floor nice, and didn't mind my dog barking almost non stop at him the entire time he was here. He inspected the intake and the outtake and determined that I wasn't blowing cold enough. He decided to to maintanence and fill my unitl with 2.5 lbs of freon. Notable difference immediately.

Roberto from Airwaves Comfort did my semi annual PM today. This is the first time using Airwaves and I was extremely happy. Previously we used an other company that got sold and I had been pleased with their work. I must say Roberto out performed the previous company. His attention to detail, knowledge . . . Was outstanding. I highly recommend Roberto and Airwaves Comfort.

This review is based on my initial consultation with Rodrigo from Airwaves Comfort. He was very professional and detail. So far so good. Looking forward to using him for my AC and Vent cleaning.

Roberto is extremely knowledgeable in everything he does. Finds you the best price and it's quick to get you the materials and the work needed. Will 1000% recommend to anyone!

Roberto was great! He was super nice, he listen what it was concerning me about my AC and make me feel that i was not wasting his time, he speak spanish too wich was great for me! Great man😁

Great job! Gave us fair quotes and information on our ac!

Definitely Best Service Ever!!

Robert took care of my broken unit and advice me on what to do going forward.

He also serviced my other units and dis not even care to charge me for the extra labor!

He made sure to fix my issue and he even followed up with me a couple of weeks after he did the job!!

I can recommend his work but best of all his customer service skills are beyond of what I’ve experienced!

Airwave Comfort is the way!!!

Roberto is great. Arrived exactly on time, explained everything to me. Very honest. Absolutely will use him again and recommend for maintenance and any heating/cooling needs. Thanks so much

Roberto with Airwaves comfort is my go to A/C guy. I called him Friday afternoon and he was there the same day to get my unit blowing cold again. Very knowledgeable and respectful guy! Highly recommend

Service was timely, professional. They get things done right - the first time. They delivered what they promised with professionalism....and on time. No surprises...no excuses...just great workmanship. Excellent Service!! Highly recommend !!

Roberto is the man! Our A/C went out, and he was able to fit us into his schedule to get it fixed right away. Such a genuine guy. I wish all contractors had as big of a heart and were even half as skilled!

I used Airwaves to perform an air duct cleaning, mold treatment, and UV light installation. Roberto and David showed up on time and performed the services as described and kept me informed the whole time. I am happy with this service provided by them and would recommend them to anyone looking to get this service done for their home.

Mr Roberto was our technician. Our AC stopped working on a Saturday afternoon and we called him pretty late. He came out on Sunday and diagnosed the issue, spent several hours fixing it, and got it working again. We thought it was the thermostat but he correctly found it was something else, and he didn't try to upsell us on replacing the thermostat. He gave us solid advice on some other things that could go wrong but told us to not worry about it for now and call him if things change to not need to spend money unnecessarily. Would definitely recommend again.

Thank you so much for coming out for an AC emergency on a Sunday! Roberto was nice, professional and kind enough to explain what he was doing so I could understand and follow along. Very happy with the service and the fact that the repair was such a quick fix!

I just had Roberto come to my house to repair my ac he was so amazing and honest! He is very detailed and shows you want is wrong and right! I truly trust his advice and will always use him!
