Lamdlord paid $60 for poor diagnostics. Charged an additional $225 to install a $12 amazon part. All to discover that it didn’t fix the refrigerator. Waited over 4 hours for technician to arrive the second time. He then stated it was another part that was bad. Landlord made them return all the money. He then pulled the $12 part and left. Don’t waste your time or money. These folks are incompetent. Gave them one star not because it was earned- but I had no other choice to post my review.

We have a kitchen remodeling job that we had to remove and relocate some water pipes and drain pipes. We called to spring lake plumbing and they did a great job for an excellent price. Definitely experts !!!

This is a legit company. I’ve been bombarded with scams on Facebook with people pretending to live in my neighborhood and they try to oversell you. Not Roberto. He will inspect and point out what is good and what needs maintenance. He is very trustworthy and won’t try to sell you services you don’t need.
