I was in a real bind on Monday morning when our regular cleaner had a medical emergency and couldn’t make it. I reached out to Boutique Cleaning here on Fernandina Beach on very short notice, and they were an absolute lifesaver.

They responded quickly via text, showed up exactly when they said they would, and did a fantastic job turning over our townhome. The place looked spotless and completely guest-ready. They even sent photos afterward and kept me updated throughout the process.

To top it off, they noticed a small leak under the sink, which allowed us to get our handyman in to fix it before guests arrived.

I used Maid Cleanup to do a deep clean on my parent's condo. They did a wonderful and detailed job, my parents were thrilled!

Maid Cleanup sent 4 cleaners for my initial service. They did a thorough job and had me check to make sure everything was cleaned to approval. excellent job!

I booked a cleaning for my home with them and it was a very disappointing experience. They moved my security camera to face the wall while they were in my home while I was at work, and never at any point replaced it back to its original spot, they just left it facing the wall so I couldn’t see what was going on. It was there for both our sakes, and because I wasn’t home during the cleaning. Multiple surfaces in my bedroom and office weren’t even dusted or TOUCHED. The bed wasn’t even made. The couches pillows weren’t even adjusted, the blankets on the couches were left exactly where I left them, they didn’t even fold them. It looks like all that happened in my living room was a vacuum. I called same day which is what their website suggests so they come back and try to fix it. They didn’t answer and I had to call the following day. When I called to complain the customer service rep was argumentative and never once apologized despite the fact that basic things like making the bed and wiping down services were not completed. He never even offered for them to come back out and finish the job. He didn’t say anything about them perpusfully moving my camera to face away from them. All I did was ask for my tip back and the rep needs to take a course in customer service, he was rude and argumentative. But yeah, no apologies, I won’t be booking with them ever again. The only thing I can say that was done well was the bathroom, that was pristinely clean. Everything else, I could have done that myself.

My husband walked into the house first after Maid Cleanup was there and he specifically asked me to let the company know what an AMAZING job they did! We couldn't be happier! Maid Cleanup did a brilliant job on our house, which had not been deep cleaned in quite some time. In addition, we have a long-haired Newfoundland dog who sheds hair and slobber. Fortunately, Maid Cleanup were up to the challenge. They were prompt, communicative, efficient, and polite. And the bonus: it is super easy to book; everything can be done on their website, including choosing appointment time, which is absolutely wonderful. Definitely will hire again.
