Excellent landscaping services for our condo association including our Account Manager Brady, Irrigation Manager Karen, Weekly Crew Leader Esteven, and Enhancement Crew Leader Julian! Always a pleasure to work with them to keep our property looking beautiful. They are always responsive to our needs.

Professional, polite and friendly employees. They are always dressed appropriately and treat everyone respectfully when walking and they are blowing. The street sweeping capabilities (especially during construction) is a definite plus. I also appreciate that they will host seminars on various subjects for the homeowners. They certainly go above and beyond for their communities and clients. Thank you for being a valued sponsor for the annual 5k/10k, providing gift cards for Yard of the Month and sponsoring food for the Annual Meeting!

Fertilizer all over the sidewalk and streets. Didn't sweep or clean up and now the next rain can wash all that chemical into the water system.

Update. Appreciated the fast company response and attempted remedy. The fertilizer wasn't clean, but was smashed into the cement. The sidewalk now looks like white polkadots.
In fairness, that could have been from foot traffic, but also that's the consequence of not doing a proper job originally. So I'd say it's not really clean and poses similar risks - possible concrete damage and storm water runoff issues.

The Greenery installed nearly 60 shrubs, a blend of Viburnum, Ligustrum and Mixed Azaleas on our property. When the job was done, the plants were properly spaced and the site was spotless.

Unfortunately, the plants were not watered properly after install and now 16 of the original plantings have died. I hope they identify the problem and remedy the situation.

The Greenery, Amelia Island, is contracted by my HOA (paid by property owners) to provide weekly landscape services including mowing grass, edging, blowing off decks, sidewalks, parking lot and trimming of bushes and shrubs.

In the last 7 of 8 weeks decks have NOT been blown off, grass along Marsh is overgrown in most places and after months of requesting trimming of shrubs via our Property Manager a recent very poor quality job has resulted in uneven trimming and one shrub completely ignored. Half Done at best!

Compared to our previous landscaping contractor The Greenery has failed miserably.

I would not recommend doing business with this company as their follow-up and customer service is not up to par.

Who hires this company? The HOA in my neighborhood. Mind you they cannot keep employees, it’s always a new crew. We have had issue with their employees taking a weed whacker into our carport and making rocks and debris hit our cars and ruin the paint. Today a worker was spraying pesticide in the hedges mind you we have never in 9 years had our hedges sprayed. But today was the day, the worker didn’t even try to be mindful, he sprayed half of my brand new vehicle with this and just drove away, once we complained to the supervisor we were laughed at and told to just wipe off. This is not ok, pesticide has a form of acid in it, and can cause damage to the paint. When corporate was called they told us to give them a few minutes and they will call us back with a resolution. After 2 hours we haven’t heard anything and we went looking for the supervisor for an update. The worker who sprayed our car was just driving the work truck up and down our street making gestures to our home. When we asked to speak to the supervisor the worker became very threatening towards us. Finally the supervisor told us to get it detailed and they will cover the cost with a budget of $100. Once our detailer took a look at what happened, he let us know that this is more then a $100 of damage to our paint. Absolutely ridiculous. This company and their employees are a joke.

As a Community Association Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to work with The Greenery across multiple communities, and they have consistently been a reliable and professional landscaping partner.

Their team is responsive, communicative, and receptive to feedback, which makes a huge difference in community management. Service requests are addressed promptly, concerns are taken seriously, and follow-up is consistent. They do a good job coordinating with management and adjusting services as community needs change.

I appreciate their willingness to walk properties, discuss expectations, and work collaboratively toward maintaining curb appeal and overall landscape health. It’s clear they value long-term partnerships and take pride in the work they provide.

Had an issue with them I was looking to resolve. Left a detailed voicemail for management/owners but it appears they have no desire to resolve or an extreme lack in professionalism and communication. Either way, it’s enough to lose my business.
