if I could give Franklin 10 stars, I definitely would! He and his crew are professional, honest, reliable and very hard workers. They go over and above the call of duty, showing up after tropical storms to clean up debris prior to the weekly scheduled lawn maintenance, they do an awesome job trimming our palm trees, and also do irrigation and pavers. we recently had a problem with our irrigation. He showed up after work and stayed until 9 o’clock getting the problem resolved. FDJ is an awesome company🙏

Franklin and his team are the best lawn maintenance service I’ve ever had. They are fantastic! My grass and yard has never looked better. We just started with FDJ Lawn Services and the first visit was excellent and a big improvement from what we had before. Franklin, the owner, is very responsive and wants his crews to do a good job. He is also able to deal with other landscape problems such as irrigation systems and tree trimming. Not many lawn maintenance companies are able to do that.

We are in the fifth year of lawn and yard care by FDL and have been completely satisfied with projects done throughout our 1 acre property of plants and pathways. FDJ team is detailed on all projects, focused, organized, will obtain supplies with detailed management by Franklin on each project. I recommend FDL with 5 star high marks for satisfaction of cost, and timely completion of projects

Franklin and his team have maintained our yard for the past 5 years. They are very reliable, affordable and do beautiful work. I get compliments on my yard frequently. Additionally, they have done other miscellaneous services for us over the years - tree trimming, branch removal, painting, etc. I highly recommend FDJ!!!

I had the pleasure to hire Franklin from FDJ lawn service to do some clean up and tlight tree trimming plus blow the roof and gutters as well as spread some mulch. He brought his son and another gentlemen with him and they did an outstanding job. When he left there was no debris clean up or anything job was done to perfection . They absolutely exceeded my expectation and I thought the price was fair. On time, under promised and OVEr delivered. Thanks guys.

My yard has been a problem for me for so long that I was near giving up hope on it. I called on Serenity for help after reading some excellent reviews on their work. I have not been disappointed. From the first call they were professional, reassuring and listened with attention to my concerns. The work was demanding as they replaced soil and did a beautiful arrangement of colorful, season appropriate plantings, and installed a sprinkler to insure the plants will thrive. Forward looking there are already plans for what plants to replace as the seasons change. This is the first time I have felt confident my front yard is on the right track. I cannot express adequately how grateful I am to the entire team at Serenity. Serenity, such an appropriate name for the business. Thank you, thank you.

We are extremely unhappy with the services provided by Serenity. We paid for a rendering of their proposed landscaping plan for our property that was nothing more than cut and pasted pictures of various plants superimposed on a photo of our front yard. It was very unprofessional.

We proceeded only because the cost of that payment was purported to be applied to the total cost of the project. Since we were paying for all of the landscaping, we looked past the poor presentation.

What was initially represented to us never came to fruition. Many of the plants we received were not appropriate for the climate in North Florida. As a result, every cold spell over the last two years has wreaked havoc on the tens of thousands of dollars we spent.

It has become apparent to us that we were likely sold whatever plants the company had so they could empty their inventory at the time of planting. It appears they were focused more on profiting from us rather than being a trusted business advisor to establish a long-term business relationship.

We certainly will never do business with them again.

To be clear, this review is not about the result of bad weather. It is all about the poor service received by a company that appears to seek profit over the best interests of its customers. We do not trust this company.
