Serenity is Top Notch! From scheduling the free estimate, to making my floors look brand new. I was literally staring at my floor in disbelief. I didn't think my tile could ever look like new. I am extremely pleased and I highly recommend Serenity.

I used these guys for a mobile detail on my mom's SUV as a surprise gift and they did an incredible job! The car was in bad shape and needed a full restoration, but it looked like new when they were done inside and out. They have a military discount & other incentives too. Will definitely be using them for all my car detailings from now on. If you're looking for superb service and quality performance I definitely recommend these guys (not to mention that this is a private owned business and I'm always up for supporting privately owned family oriented businesses.) Had a great feeling with Serenity's Home & Garden. Loved working with the crew. It was in the heat of the summer, yet they continued to get the job done. Got smaller plants/trees to save a little money. They have grown in a very short period of time and it is starting to look just like they said it would get. We are very pleased and look forward to sharing them with neighbors and friends that have asked for their card.

I was so excited when we hired Sam, but he really let us down. We were clearing scrub foliage in our backyard. First they cleared an extra 6 feet more than was on the quote. While I wasn't happy about that it was the fixing of the companies mistake that really showed their integrity. It took 2 weeks to get them to clean it up and it is really not to mine or my neighbor's satisfaction, but we paid them anyway. There are still a ton of dead trees that just look horrible. The best part was Sam kept complaining about how much it was costing him to fix the problem. I am sorry, but when I hire somebody to do the job I expect them to do the work properly and if they make a mistake they fix it at their cost.

over promise and under deliver. doesn't stand by the quality of the work they perform. We had them do lighting for the front and back yard. Lights in the front went out after 4 months. Lights in the back are plugged into string lights that we installed! I've never seen a real landscape company install lights into string lights...

We had issues with the lights in the front in the first week or so that they did try to fix. We were told from Sam that the reason the lights keep going out is because the neighbors are "sabotaging" his work. Seriously...

Stay far far far away from these guys, not worth it.

Highly recommend Sam and team for all of your yard needs! He not only maintains what you have, but can help you design a better space and make it happen-trim trees, fill in dirt, lay sod, shell your driveway-he’s a one stop shop! His attention to detail and drive to make it perfect is amazing.

Sam and his team were excellent. They did a top notch job on laying pavers in our yard. it looks beautiful! The team paid attention to the details of the job. Sam is an excellent communicator and project manager. He kept us apprised throughout the project. We would use them again.

Sam and Jake were great. Sam provided great work and advised what will look great for our property concerning the front and side yard. Our property went from basic to beautiful. Our Japanese Maple Tree has finally been planted and found a better home and will grow with plenty of earth to bloom in the years to come.

Sam also advised what will look better in the pots and how to position the plants for better exposure to the sun. Also how to take care of them.

I would recommend Serenity’s Home and Garden and make sure Sam is there to provided the plans and what will look great in the property.

Sam and his female associate spent 8 hours alone in my home cleaning and replacing a microwave and dishwasher. He returned later the same day with the woman to notify me he had found my tennis bracelet under my bed and when he left his associate alone it went missing. He assured me he would handle the situation without involving me but I had enough information to know I was being scammed. 4 weeks later I’m left with finishing the job myself and happy I have private security cameras not attached to the old ADT system so I don’t have to trust Serenity Gardens word for it. I had plenty of solid work planned for this company to do and more than willing to pay for honest work but clearly this team felt they were entitled to more than what was agreed upon in the original contract.

Highly recommend! Serenity did a curb appeal and landscape with all the perennial flowers for my business. Great communication and customer service. I couldn't have been more pleased with my service beautiful job!

Serenity's did a great job cleaning up the yard which was a lot of work. They delivered on what they said they would do and exceeded my expectations.

I enjoyed having Sam, Serenity Home, and his skill, knowledge of plants and design for my backyard. Sam is the most kind, sweet and a delightful man to work with. He strives to please. I would recommend Serenity Garden for anything needed for their services.

When looking for a partner in working on major projects around the house, one looks for proficiency, someone who does what they say they are going to do, a great response rate to requests and reasonable pricing. Sam, at Serenity, does all of that and more.

We used Serenity, at the recommendation of a neighbor who was pleased with Sam’s work, for a major sod installation in our yard. He and his crew did a terrific job with the installation. But, more importantly, he treated the yard as if it was his own. He would show up at 10pm to inspect the association-driven sprinklers to be sure that the watering was correct. He even came to the house while we were away to be sure any supplemental watering was done. No matter what was asked of Sam, he always answered his phone and was responsive to requests.

What’s even more incredible is that Sam has expertise in so many areas. We needed to have our back patio travertine power washed, Re-sanded and sealed. He can do that too. And with the same expertise as those solely in the paver business.

If you are looking for yard maintenance, new sod, hard scape maintenance or other outdoor projects, I highly recommend Sam at Serenity. It is rare to find a kind, respectful and proficient “handy man”…. Sam is a gem!

I highly recommend the Serenity team's landscaping and maintenance services. Our representative designed a landscaping plan that was customized to our ideas, budget, and what made sense for our yard's current state and future vision. Aside from being very knowledgeable about landscaping design and maintenance, it's obvious the team cares about what they do. They are always friendly and upbeat, responsive to our requests and questions, and consistently go the extra mile with their customer service.

We had a huge area on the side of our house that had overgrown shrubs, weeds, etc in it. The team at Serenity removed all the items and installed grass. They moved swiftly but carefully and removed all of the root systems and shrubs. They communicated well when they were coming and were very professional if anything came up that we didn't originally talk about.

At one point we had to discuss pricing due to the job growing and we worked together on a solution to keep the price the same.

We also ran into an issue where we found a rogue sprinkler line and Serenity made the repairs/move on their own and let me know once it was done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for jobs of any size.

We have been seeing Sam from Serenity working in our neighborhood for quite some time, we asked him to help with some landscaping ideas in our front yard and flower pots. He recently just finished the flower pots and did a wonderful job. When I asked him where the plants came from, he told me he drove all the way to Orlando from Amelia Island to pick them up - since the quality of exotic plants is better from his Orlando source. Obviously, he has quite an attention to detail.

Sam is very easy to work with. He keeps his promises and he follows through with things. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality custom landscape design services.

Firstly, it's super convenient that Serenity's offers a wide variety of home care services. I've used their team multiple times over the years, now for two properties in St Augustine and will continue to be a loyal returning customer! So far, they've done land clearing with tree trimming and brush removal, pressure washing, housekeeping and some interior decorating in some of the rooms. We've also had marine detailing for my boat and mobile detailing as well as on my truck and race car, which they restored to looking practically like new. Ask for King, he's awesome and very knowledgeable!

Wonderful experience. We’ve used Serenity for standard lawn maintenance for a while (super happy with it) and recently had Sam and his crew perform a complete makeover of our lawn and parking area. The work is top notch, but more impressively is the detail and care Sam put into the entire project. He treats it as if it’s his own property and ensures everything is as it should be. I really couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and with my new outdoor space.
