Veterans Landscape has been our landscape and sprinkler go to for the last several years. It is responsive and provides quality and reasonable services.

It has been couple of years during which, on and off, I reached out to available landscaping companies, looking for a company that would install new lawn and do minor landscaping only in front of my property. Quite frankly, I got, over those couple of years, zero callbacks, no offers for service, and two phone and email conversations that lead to no estimates or to no shows.

This year, during the odd month of January, I reached out again, this time to Veterans Landscape Management. My call got returned very quickly, on the same day. Shocked the company owner did not shy away from my small yard request and I received a quote in writing via email, detailing work to be done, suggested new layout, and including suggested type of sod, plants, bushes, flowers, mulch. All this included coming by the property, double checking tax records to calculate the actual area and property lines and courteous updates.

"Short story short", after project acceptance, the implementation went smoothly and quickly. Within two weeks from first contact, the yard was completed. And additionally, the sprinklers got fixed! Waiting on real spring to see the blooming results under the watchful eye and any needed or requested further action on anything that caught my attention or raised concerns.

What can I say. I highly recommend services of ALM. They deliver and with professionalism and courtesy.

They did an excellent job installing a sprinkler system in our yard. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. We plan on using them again when we landscape our back yard.

Chris and the gang at Veterans are amazing!!! From getting the initial quote until the completion of the job, it was done quickly, beautifully and did not break the bank. All the guys were so respectful and friendly....I cannot say enough about them. I had some flooding issues that they addressed as well as added some beautiful landscaping. If you need some work done but are on the fence, hop on off and give these guys a call!!! You will not regret it. Thank you, Veterans.

This company fit me in during a drought when they were very busy. I had dealings with other companies, including a five-star rated one. Veteran's surpassed them all. They are professional, conscientious, and incredibly reasonably priced. I had a significant leak, Tom took his time, fixed it, and checked my whole system. He then explained his work. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Chris with Veterans Landscaping was very open and flexible in working with me on the plants I wanted. Truth be told, the design was his vision and was absolutely better than anything I could have imagined. The selection of materials and plants was well suited to a sloping front yard with too much sun in the summer. I continue to get compliments from my neighbors and I love looking at my new yard. Shout out to his staff, Lenard and Rodney. Great guys who really want the customer to be happy. BTW they are great at irrigation jobs as well.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job providing us with the low-maintenance yard we wanted at a price well below their competitors. They are prompt & professional and very accommodating to our requests. I highly recommend using them for your landscaping needs.

Wow..! talk about a company and team based on true costumer service. I was faced with a 3 week deadline to get an irrigation system in before sod was installed in our new home. I left a frantic message for Veterans about my urgent need. Within no time I got a call with a commitment to meet me that day at my home to review what was needed and come up with a plan. (unfortunately I was traveling), so instead (with my permission) Veterans went to the property and took pictures and we reviewed what was needed to be done over the phone and email. Wow this is what going out of your way for a customer is all about. at the end of it all we had a professionally installed irrigation system within 10 days!! thanks, Veterans

***Edited After Business Reply*** He CLEARLY lied to me. My husband is a witness. He told me he would and quoted me on edging around the pavers. Nice, ripping off a veteran!! Tried to get a refund on the undone portion, & he refused. The quote didn't break down the footage of the edging. That should have been my 1st red flag.

My Veteran husband is furious. He said the quote was deceptive...He heard him say he would edge the entire garden, including around the pavers, & he chose to word the quote as "define the space" to worm out of keeping his word. We paid for work that was NOT done. As a matter of fact, the only reason he got the job was because the other company said they could not edge around the pavers & he said he could.
My veteran husband was also mad the 10% Veteran discount only applied to the labor, as he didn't point that out in person. Very Deceptive.
