I have used Snyder Air for years and have always been happy with their HVAC services. When I heard they now have electricians and plumbing experts I was very happy. This is a great company and Dillian completed the electricity job professionally and I am very happy to leave an outstanding post.

I was very pleased with Rain and his team. They arrived promptly by 9 a.m. worked steady until job was complete. They were all very courteous and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Dillan is an excellent electrician. Installed 2 hanging lights and did a superior job. Made sure they were perfect. I can't say enough how great Dillan is. A stickler for detail and no short cuts with this guy. I would trust him with any electrical issue I have. As before a superb job.

Dillan did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and explaining the causes around my electrical issue. I recommend him 10/10 as well as the company as a whole. I have never had any issues with Snyder.

I had a “semi-emergency” at a clients house I was working at and I called Snyder. Rosa, who answered the phone was very professional, courteous, and pleasant. The electrician arrived right when he said he would, was also courteous, professional, and explained everything in layman’s terms. I’ll definitely use them again!

Snyder AC sent a wonderful technician to my home today, Thomas. He was very professional and polite and informative. He showed me photos that the biannual technician had taken at his biannual service appointment. At that time that technician advised of additional cleaning within the system. Thomas explained to me in a very pleasant and descriptive way what he could do today and what needed to be monitored for possible future cleaning within the AC unit. Snyder AC is very fortunate to have Thomas as a technician, representing Snyder AC.

Josh was very professional, honest and explained everything to us. It's so nice to have such a polite person with knowledge of what he was doing . I will definitely use this company again. Hopefully I will get Josh again when I use them.

Dustin from Snyder‘s electrical division came out and assisted us in sourcing the cause of our shorted breaker. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. We are happy with service he provided and will use Snyder for future needs.

Several tech's came over to remove and replace a whole house dehumidifier. All three were professional and friendly. Lead installer Russell made sure the install was done to our satisfaction while being friendly and courteous.

Great job - well done! We're going on 15 years with Snyder doing all our HVAC installs and repairs.

I have used Snyder's Service three times in the last year and in all three visits, the technician was professional, very responsive and explained things to my wife in a way that she understood and was happy, which says a lot.
I will in the future and have in the past recommended them to for AC and Plumbing services.

Kendall was running a little late for our appointment due to traffic, but texted me to let me know. He had done his homework before our appointment; spoken to our property manager, and gone to the property to survey the site, so he could make recommendations during his visit. He was very professional, knowledgable and personable. Although I haven't made a final decision yet, I'm about 99.9% sure I'll be using Snyder AC.

SNYDER PLUMBING IS BY FAR THE BEST!!!! I live on the Island in Fernandina Florida My kitchen sink was backed up with 50 years of grease in the pipes, Snyder came out the same day with major equipment, with a price so reasonable i jumped for joy, i give 5 stars to Mr. Carlton, Mr. Barr and Mr. Patrick, it took them hours to do this Job. If you want a company and workers who provide excellent work with fair prices Snyder Plumbing is the only choice for me now and in the Future. I highly recommend this company and its workers.

I had Josh Wuff at my home to repair some electrical for my hot water heater. This was the 3rd company I had out after their competitor FL Home AC who installed the water heater left me hanging and completely avoided my calls and requests for warranty service. Finally 3 days with no hot water and Josh found the issue within minutes. He dedicated himself to repairing it and did not leave until he made sure I was good to go with a safe working water heater. The customer service from dispatch and the technician were the best I've ever experienced in the Jacksonville area. Highly recommend this company and definitely ask for Josh for all your electrical needs. He was AMAZING!! I wish I would have called Snyder first.

Hands-down the nicest young man I’ve dealt with during our situation. He is extremely educated in his field and we are 100% satisfied.

Dillan, the technician was awesome. Despite me being a layman in the electrical circuit field he walked me through step by step what he was doing. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. In addition while the repair was a small one, it comes with a 1 year warranty with parts and labor. Should you need more done it goes up to a 5 year warranty and they’ll finance. Major thumbs up.

Joshua Wuff was the electrician sent out and I will only ask for him in the future! This young man was the ultimate professional. He was knowledgeable and informative while while being proficient in everything he was handling. I am not easily impressed but I certainly was today. If your company wants me express my satisfaction with the service’s performed do not hesitate in reaching out. Good day…

Update 9/25/23. Had a plumbing emergency and had secure water to the house. Called Synder and spoke to Christin(?) Who was very professional and understanding especially early Sunday morning. She schedule Randy for 0800 Monday morning, yes he was early. Explained what had happened and immediately began repairs. So very impressed with workmanship and attention to detail. Outstanding! Will use Snyder for all plumbing needs. Thanks Randy and Snyderthanks

I called Thursday evening because I had no hot water and Friday morning Mark came and found my timer wires needed to be replaced. I appreciated the 3 options given to get my hot water working again instead of just one. Mark was knowledgeable and professional and so patient with all my questions. I now see why y’all have such great reviews. It is so refreshing to do business with a company with integrity.

We've used Snyder for HVAC maintenance as well as a plumbing repair. The techs have all been very personable and professional. The scheduling staff have also been helpful in getting someone out to us within a week (or less!). All around positive experience thus far and we'll be sticking with Snyder for the foreseeable future.

Mark the technician was very kind and my MotherNLove was so impressed by him and his professionalism. She is also pleased with the pipe repair done and the great customer service she received!! She says that hard to find these days :-) and she is so right!!! Thank you for the prompt service as my husband only called on yesterday and the repair was done before within 24 hours of the call!!

We had Shawn come out to look at our AC. He communicated very well for us what was going on and offered great solutions! Snyder(company)/Shawn(tech) was our second opinion. But now they will always be our go too. They came back with literally half the price that Griffin gave us and way more professional! Thanks Shawn and thanks to the Snyder company!
