I HIGHLY. recommend Precision Air. I was told by another company that I needed a $1900 repair to the thematic expansion valve and coil in my relatively new Carrier system. Dan inspected the system carefully, added refrigerant and said the suggested repair was unnecessary. The price of the refrigerant was also significantly lower than the other company’s estimate. I am impressed by the level of service and integrity. I will be switching to Precision for all maintenance and repair.

Came out and replaced the most expensive part then when the AC froze up he came out again and this time replaced the correct part, but over charge by almost 200% what it should have cost.

Recently replaced all 3 of my AC units. They did a great job! Very pleased with their work.

Mason's replaced our heat pump in January. I just got the electric bill for the heat wave we've been having, expecting a really high bill. Lo and behold, the bill was for about $100 less than I was thinking. We are really tickled.

Fast & Reliable service. Very fair prices. Tech was honest and did not push anything. Young woman that answered the phone for appointment was extremely polite and accommodating! Nice job all around.

They should have a option for NO STARS! Called this place to get an ice machine fixed and still having issues. Not only did the technician tell me to buy the part, it still does not work. Called to get them to come out again and they tell me they already came out 2 times and they wont come out again. Waste of $180. Its not my fault your technicians cant solve the problem. Shouldn't have started working on it then! NEVER AGAIN.

I can't say enough good about these guys! We needed an HVAC system QUICK! I called 3 different companies and these guys were almost $2K cheaper for a new unit than anyone else!! Not only that, it was installed in less than 48 hours. Use these guys!

DO NOT GO. GO TO ARCTIC AIR INSTEAD. They’re a bunch of con artists and very unprofessional. I was quoted to replace a unit, and when they came to replace it, they installed a lesser quality unit. The quoted price was paid for and when they deemed it insufficient, instead of trying to work it out, they illegally trespassed into our gated community without permission and removed the unit in the middle of quarantine. They didn’t return the unit they replaced and when asked about it they said, “it’s in the junk yard. If you want it, come get it”. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Highly unprofessional and horrible business practices.

We had a leak in our AC and water was everywhere. Within an hour of calling, David was out to look at our situation. He fixed it and explained to me what happened and how to prevent it moving forward. He was very kind and honest, we will definitely be using him again!

My AC went out, service man was at my house within an hour and 1/2. They ordered a part and air was fixed the next day. We are now cool again, I would use them again and recommend them.

I have known Dave Mason for over 20 years and I would not consider buying an HVAC unit ANYWHERE else - certainly not a big box store. What I like is the great hardware at a reasonable price and personalized service with ten year guarantee.

Called Masons at 4pm on Saturday. My AC wasn't working. Dave Mason came by within 2 hours with a replacement fan.. Doesn't get better than that! Thanks for the great service Masons!
