I Have Found my new air conditioner company ! I called AMELIAS BEST COMFORT SOLUTIONS today since I have gotten nowhere with the company that installed my AC unit a few years ago except losing money I dont have.

I had absolutely no heat .....so from the very sweet lady that answered the phone to Jonathan the tech that came out to fix it. I have never been so pleased with a company and so happy. I can not tell you how pleased I was with Johnathan, along with his great demeanor, he went into detail and explained things I never knew and his knowledge and honesty is amazing, and it didn't hurt he liked my dog even if she jumped on him lol !
I am so happy and at peace now that I found this company , thank you, Johnathan so very much!
Compared to other companies and I've used quite a few, this one is very reasonable.

They completed my install smoothly, explained how it works, and how to manage it in detail. My A/C and heat pump are finally running without any issues.

I saw this company as I was driving one day and figured I give them a call. They had a very competitive price for HVAC inspections and great customer/client relations. Dre and Brennan were very friendly and knowledgeable! They answered all my questions about what's happening with my current unit and were honest. They did not use any scare tactics to get me to purchase a new unit that day as I have experienced before. I highly recommend the company for inspections!

Our heat pump quit late on a Sunday and Precision Air picked up right away. They had someone at the house in under an hour and got us up and running. Can’t say enough good things about their customer service.

We recently had family over and the day everyone got here our AC went out .on a whim we called precision air. Our AC company who installed the unit were backed up as well as several other companies. Precision Air worked overtime to fit us. Donald was kind , informative and polite. They will be our new go to AC repair company! So grateful

Very thorough service. Went above and beyond checking out my air conditioning. Going up in the extremely hot attic and cleaned the filter, which my former service never did. My inside filters were changed. Can’t say enough about how impressed I am. Will continue to have hvac serviced by Precision Air.

Had Don come out to check our upstairs unit that just stopped working out of nowhere. He was very professional and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Didn’t try to upsell anything, just fixed the issue fast. Will def be using him again. Highly recommend.

First called Don on a Saturday night at 9:30 for my 88 year old neighbors that wouldn’t have survived the night. He was there in 30 minutes and quickly fixed the problem. Since then he’s the only one that I call. I’ve had some bad experiences with local companies that don’t care. Don does and even for a tune up he puts in the time and does it right.

I’ve used Don on two separate occasions with exceptional service.
Even came out on a weekend with very little notice. Highly recommend.
