After our heat pump quit working and the system was old and had started giving us other troubles, we decided to go ahead and replace it. Sean came over and explained some options. Once we decided on the HVAC system we wanted, the installation was scheduled in just a couple of days. The technicians Jackson and Chad were efficient and professional during the installation process and the unit is performing well.

You might be able to get work done cheaper from another contractor, but is cheap really what you want?

We had a mini-split replaced by Milts today. What a great experience. The team clearly knew what they were doing, they were neat and clean, they finished in three hours (and we had been told it might take most of the day) and therefore it was also less expensive. I always appreciate the estimate being higher than the actual, and not the other way around. We went with Daikin based on the positive reviews and are so happy with the system. The team was very easy to work with and we highly recommend them for any AC installation, replacement, or support.

Sammy and Jackson were very professional in the removal of the old system and installation of our 4 ton, zoned HVAC system. The new air handler was compatible with the existing zone controller and communicated with both thermostats. The job started at 9 and completed about 2pm. Clean-up included. As always excellent service and honesty! Seth came out and diagnosed my 21 year old unit, found an internal break in a wire running from the air handler to the outside unit. Switched wires and I was up and running. Very easily could have told me it was much worse due to the age of the unit, but as usual HONEST! That’s why call them and recommend them!

They were able to repair our unit instead of pushing for a replacement like other companies did and when our unit finally gave out they gave us a fair price out the door and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable until they were able to get our new unit installed.

Exceptionally pleased with Jackson from Milt’s! He was very thorough and detailed. He tested the cooling and the heating of our unit. Wasn’t rushed and answered all questions. Love using Milt’s for our maintenance. They have promptly come out for emergencies as well.

We recently had no heat on a very cold day. Austin came out within a few hours and got the heat working again, but said he needed to order a couple of parts. A few days later, the parts arrived and Austin returned to remedy the problem. He was pleasant, professional, and very competent. Our HVAC is under warranty and Austin repaired the system at no charge to us. It was a good experience and we would definitely want Austin to return if we have any additional issues with our system.

Great expeerience as usual with Milt's. They are very responsive and came the same day as my call regarding a heating issue. A part in the compressor had failed and was fixed in about 30 min. under warranty. Milt's cusotmer service has always been great.

We have been customers since last spring when we had a new Daikin system installed. All of Milt's crew have been super courteous and always on time. We had an issue today with an electrical breaker for the heat pump, which Seth quickly diagnosed and remedied. Great service!

First time customer. After getting an estimate from the company I had been using for years, decided to call Milts. Overall cost was significantly less, service technician Sean was excellent. Milts has gained a new long term customer.

We had to replace our 11-year old HVAC system after the evap coil failed for the 2nd time. Patrick handled the quote quickly providing multiple options and listing out the costs and recommendations for each one which was super helpful. After we chose the new Daikin unit with the inverter and variable speed air handler with the smart thermostat Jackson & Travis showed up as scheduled for the install. The installation for the air handler was not that straight forward but Jackson handled the changes very well and kept the install time to a minimum. He was also very helpful in describing the capabilities of the system, setting up the thermostat on WiFi, helping me download the thermostat App and going through the features of the thermostat. And as far as I can tell Travis did a solid job on the outside unit which included a surge protector and voltage regulator. Appreciate the support and looking forward to 12 more years of service out of this new Daikin system and Milt’s.

Great service! We have had issues with our HVAC system. Jonathan has come out multiple times to make sure he had found the correct issue. He explained didn't charge us for a part that wasn't the correct issue. He always shows up quick if there is an issue and does great on maintenance. Highly recommended very knowledgeable.

These guys are the best. They show up on time, respect your property, do great work that’s reasonably priced, explain things so I understand what they are doing and clean up the work area when done. Best HVAC experience ever!
