Milts came out on our home inspection to inspect an HVAC system we were concerned about. Very professional and explained everything so we could understand. We have used them in past to install a system and were great then too!

Very good experience and fast from time of inspection, ordering unit and installing. Tucker and Heath were friendly, worked in a timely manner and their communication was great.

On June 17, 2025 our power went out for a short period of time and when it came back on, our new A/C system would not function and I was at work. My wife called Milt's explaining the issue. A very nice lady on the phone explained to my wife on how to reset the breaker. Unfortunately it did not do the trick. A request for a tech to come out was placed into the system, and in a short amount of time Kole arrived.

At first Kole was not able to fix the issue. He kindly explained to my wife the situation and said he would be back tomorrow with the correct part to fix the system. While eating dinner, we hear a knock at the front door. It is Kole again. He explained to me that he talked to his supervisor, and that he had a couple ideas to try and fix it again. Unfortunately those ideas did not work. But, Kole went above and beyond and told me he is going back to the shop to retrieve the sensor that has failed. By about 7:30PM Kole had my A/C system back up and running great.

Thank you so much for helping us out Milt's. This is why you support your local businesses, because in a time of need they are there for you when you need it most. Please give Kole a huge thank you from us again. Your company is the best out there.

Sean did a great job inspecting our HVAC systems for preventive maintenance and also showed me how to download and control our Daiken unit remotely.

Great service! I had an issue with my HVAC, and the technician arrived within an hour of my call. He promptly diagnosed the problem, and the unit’s motor was replaced the same day. Milt’s is now my go-to for any HVAC needs.

Sean was awesome. He has been my technician before, and he really knows his stuff. Just a nice friendly guy that does great work- so rare these days! Has tons of experience and I truly appreciate him!

We had Milt's A/C install new a/c units in our home 2 years ago. Their service has been fantastic - their technicians have always been exceptionally pleasant, always solving a problem quickly. Yesterday I had to call for service as one of our thermostats was blank. I got a call from one of their techs within half an hour. Explaining the problem, saying we'd turned the breaker on and off but nothing. He then said he'd hate to have us waste a $165. service bill - as the problem was likely a drain switch tripped due to a clog in the drain line. He said a quick shop vacuuming would likely solve the problem. He'd respond quickly if it didn't. We did it - taking only a few minutes and the a/c immediately came back to life! Boy if this isn't an example of an unbelievably CREDIBLE and TRUSTWORTHY company - I don't know what it! Sooo pleased!

Cole and Jackson did a great job installing our new unit. They were courteous, professional, great with the dogs and the general chaos of my house getting ready for the Holidays.

A-one service, Sean diagnosed air handler fan motor needed to be replaced, Milt’s ordered new motor, picked up and replaced in same day. Sean checked the warranty coverage on my 9 yr old unit and had it covered by warranty + service call and labor. Can’t ask for more than that, Milt’s will get my service from now on, thanks for great service.

Coming home from vacation to find out you need to replace your HVAC system is a real bummer. Milt’s made up for it with their knowledge, customer service and professionalism.
