The technician you sent out to me is the best one I have met at your organization to date.

Refrigerator freezer wasn’t getting cold enough. Called and fortunately Patrick was available that afternoon. He came out,defrosted the evaporator coils and ordered parts. He said it should be good for a week, which it was.
Once parts came in, he defrosted evap coils again and changed parts.
Unfortunately in a 1&1/2 weeks, freezer started warming again. I called on Friday and they asked me to monitor over WE. No change, so I talked to Patrick on Monday, he came by before opening hours on Tuesday, defrosting evap coil again and ordered for parts.
He replaced cap fan harness, which included defrost sensor hard wired. He did not replace defrost heaters as the measured fine.

This did the job.(knock on wood)

Got final bill and last 2 trips and parts were included 😎. This shows that they stand behind their work. Thanks Patrick!

Nassau Appliances is great. All inside of one day , I called, repair man arrived, and our ice maker was working again!!! If you are looking for appliance or HVAC repairs try them.

This company was very unprofessional. Day one a tech came out and diagnosed the problem. Told me someone would get back to me that day. No one did. I called the tech the next day, he said someone would get back to today. All I got was crickets. A week later I get a call that the part was in, they wanted to come immediately. After install they give me a bill for over $400 for 1 switch for my range. If I would have known it was going to be that amount I would have at least price compared.

As a property manager of vacation rentals, time is of the essence when an appliance breaks during a guest's stay and Nassau Appliance is always my first and last call! Not only do I use Nassau Appliance for properties I manage owned by other people, I use them for my own properties.

Struggling with Nassau Appliance to repair an ice maker, Have replaced 3 parts and technician has been to my house 4 times, it always something different and more money. I have $500 invested in an inoperable ice maker at this time and I am none the wiser. Knowing what I know now would have junked the unit and purchased a new unit for only a few dollars more. This is my garage unit.

We used Nassau Appliance to uninstall our wall ovens and they did a great job. They were punctual, professional and quick.
