Reviews of local pros in Fernandina Beach, Florida

C J Bass Plumbing did an outstanding job for us. They sent out their technician, Antonio, to pump out a lift station, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Antonio was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get everything taken care of without any issues. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to make sure the job was done right.

We really appreciate the quick response and excellent service. I highly recommend C J Bass Plumbing and especially Antonio for anyone needing reliable and professional plumbing work.

It's so great to find people who do their job very very well

The best plumber I have used! Explained everything he was doing, what needed to be done and showed me the final outcome! Price was fabulous, work was excellent!

Today I called Ken for stuck drain that Roto Rooter could not handle. Though he was busy he gave me advise over the phone. Which worked. Then followed up.

He was so helpful and responsive to my call after being forwarded from another plumber. He immediately returned my call and was so informative and kind to assist me with my ticket request.

Ken is reliable, on-time, personable and fairly priced. He has provided service at both our home and business. I highly recommend Ken.

We have hired Ken Johnson for numerous jobs, including toilet and faucet replacement, garbage disposal installation and outdoor pipe repair. Ken is prompt, professional, and his work is top-notch.

Ken explains all installations and repairs.

They installed our water softener and a hot water circulator for us. They were so friendly and did an awesome job! We saves them as our go to plumber contact.

Ken has the expertise, reliability, and customer service that will exceed your expectations. Terrific plumber and very honest professional that will make sure you are a very satisfied customer.

I had a broken pipe outside and couldn't turn off the water at the street because it was under water and I couldn't see. Ken talked me through what to feel for and how to turn it off. He then had me email him a picture of the broken pipe outside so he could advise me what I needed to do to be able to turn the water back on. He did this while at another job. I will definitely be calling Ken Johnson Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. There is still good people in the world!

Responsive, professional, timely and fair.
Highly recommend

Ken was courteous, honest, and reliable. He took his time to explain how to use our water softener, and the install was smooth and uncomplicated. We will use him again!
