I called CJ plumbing and talked to Jennifer I needed a tub removed and a shower put in.

I had to have someone else to remove the tub first before she could give me a estimate.

Crew arrived promptly on time . Started working immediately putting in Toto toilet ( removed the old ) and Toto washlet then taking out another toilet and replacing. Worked completed and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend

After just moving into our rental a few days prior, we had a plumbing issue this past Saturday. Eddie responded to our house and was able to quickly determined a clogged main drain near the street and a subsequent bad seal to a toilet.to the street. He quickly unclogged the blockage and replaced the wax ring in less than an hour! He was very kind and respectful.

William and Mike R. called prior and arrived on time as scheduled. They were respectful of my home, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the guidance and advice for the best route to take for this installation / repair. They completed the work in less time than estimated and happy with their work.

Service time was quick and workers had knowledge and insight with our issue. Didn’t stop until a resolution was made. Very neat and cleaned up excellently after job was completed. After hours on call service is always friendly and very helpful.

About a week ago, hearing water running outside, I found what I thought was a sprinkler malfunction. It wasn't. An outdoor spigot was spraying water. Donning rain gear, I went out to check it. When I touched the spigot, it fell off. I now had an unstoppable stream of water, flooding the area in front of an alcove. Not wanting to monkey with it & REALLY screw things up, I looked up local plumbers & called the 1st entry - CJ Bass. They were on another job, the person on the other end told me, but they'd be at my house as soon as possible. About an hour later, a work van pulled into my driveway & 2 men jumped out. They were polite, professional & set to work. They had a new faucet installed in no time. The older gentleman showed me how to shut the water off. I'm very pleased with the service I received & would call them again in a NY second.

CJ Bass replaced one of our toilets with a Kohler toilet. The old toilet was cheap and apparently not installed correctly, from when the house was built. The installation was professional and quick. The technician went above and beyond, cleaning up old grout and bringing the installation to code. The new porcelain throne is a welcome change.

Outdoor, tankless water heater froze during winter. There was a concern the pipe burst - I sent photos and chose to free it up and resolve situation on weekend with plumber out of fear of water loss and due to busy schedule. It would be easier manage before all the water loss. However, the only thing done was melt off the ice, which would have happened late in day. No insulation or final restoration happened, just a quick torch and go. I specifically called and discussed with photos, assuming a pipe was likely broken. Great news that it wasn’t, but now I’m being charged an extra 155 for someone to finish what should have been done that initial call. Very nice staff and very timely, just don’t agree with paying such high fees while not getting what I needed despite photos and clear questions and trying to keep things under control out of respect for my neighbors and my properties.

Our sewer lift station alarm went off. CJ Bass Plumbing responded to my panicked call & got a technician out quickly, even though it was a Friday afternoon. They solved the problem very professionally; and a great bonus was that both the office staff on the phone and the tech were delightfully friendly.
