Raymond went way beyond our expectations today after inspecting the leak in our 30 year old toilet. We agreed with his recommendation that it would make sense to replace the toilet rather than repairing it. He offered to drive to a local home improvement company to purchase a new toilet in our price range and install it at a fair price overall. We are two 80 year old senior ladies on a fixed income, and are so grateful to Raymond and Roto Rooter. Home improvement projects are incredibly difficult to manage and it's often hard to find affordable, professional, reliable service. The toilet Raymond chose for us looks and works great. I highly recommend using Roto Rooter for your plumbing needs! Thanks again for everything Raymond!

I called on Monday afternoon and I was given an appointment for the next morning. I was given a heads up prior to the technician arrival. My Technician, Samuel, introduced himself immediately. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his warm demeanor. He explained his approach and the plan to get me back in water. After the part was acquired the work did not take very long at all. Thank you Samuel for a pleasant experience. Thank you Roto-Rooter for your commitment to quality and customer service. I hope I will not need you anytime soon but if I do have any plumbing issues you will be my first call.

The service tech deserves a 5-star! He was truly amazing. He explained everything to me about what was happening. He came out after hours during a storm to help fix our water heater. But, Roto’s labor and parts charges were nothing less than predatory! I felt exploited and taken advantage of. Almost $500 labor charge for a 15-minute diagnostic and a 15-minute installation, not to mention a $100 charge for a $20 part.

Had a water pipe burst late at night, and they were able to get a technician out within 45 minutes. Jose was friendly, gave me an accurate estimate of the time it would take to get repairs done, and I had water back up and running quickly. Will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs!

I am so grateful for Roto-Rooter’s emergency services. I made a service call at 10pm. Samuel, the plumber was at my door within an hour. My shower handle had came off. Turned out the moen cartridge broke. Samuel wasn’t able to fix the problem right away due to not having the right part on hand. He reassured me that he will be back the next day to fix the problem. He was very prompt and an excellent problem solver. I’m so grateful for his service.

Service was great, personnel was courteous and friendly. However, I think the price for the service to clear a line was a bit exorbitant. $400 for less than an hour for a simple clog is way too much. Will use local people next time.

We called another plumming company who told us our problem was the garbage disposal, charged us 504.00. Two days later same problem, called Roto, they sent technician(Jerry)to come out and it turned out that it was only a hose. I never needed a new disposal. Only charged us 99.00. There are still honest companies out there. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

I called to set up an appointment. Jerry was here working the problem in 2 hours. Another crew came out and ran a camera down the pipes to make sure all was right. Thanks RR!
