I cannot say enough good things about CJ Bass Plumbing. We called on Sunday after we had an exterior pipe burst due to the freeze. I was shocked that someone answered the phone. While they could not get us on the schedule for Sunday, they immediately contacted us Monday morning to set up an appointment. Someone was here by noon and the problem resolved by 1 PM. Cost of the repair was extremely reasonable. They are our go to for plumbing repairs and I highly recommend this team for their professional and speedy service

They were very responsive an emergency call (the first to respond to a Sunday call during a weather event that affected many customers in the area). The phone rep was extremely courteous and professional, and the tech that came out diagnosed the problem, communicated well, then picked up the part and made the needed repair far faster than we expected.
I highly recommend them, and they will be my go-to from now on.

William is a great employee!!! He's courteous, knows his job, and doesn't make a mess! He's an asset to your company, and make sure he gets a raise! The young man he had with him today also did a superb job! Kudos to them both!

Technician arrived on time and prepared. Office called prior to his arrival and asked for a photo of the faucet that needed replacing so that they could be sure he had the right parts with him. Unlike another local plumber, this business is not on commission. They charge by the hour, so no unexpected “add ons”. I would definitely recommend CJ Bass.

Mike was prompt to answer our original call when our tankless gas water heater develop a leak. He engineered a temporary fix until the part was received and came to replace the part as soon as it came in. Everyone at CJ Bass Plumbing was pleasant, courteous and responsive. Cat and Megan in the office were great.

I had a prompt and affordable service call from William with C J Bass Plumbing to replace a faucet. William was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. He professionally replaced our faucet and lines under the sink in a short time. I highly recommend William and C J Bass for any plumbing issues. This is our second experience with this Company and we will only call them for future repairs. A+ service and affordable price.

C J Bass Plumbing did an excellent job. They quickly assessed their approach and began repairs and install. A special part was required which they ordered and will install as soon as received. The plumbers and office staff all were professional and had a sense of urgency acknowledging the upcoming holidays. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company. They texted when they were 10 minutes away. The Technician, Robert, arrived, assessed what needed to be done, got his tools and got straight to work. He replaced a faucet in one of the sinks and put a new flapper on the toilet. While he was here, he also check the shutoff valves that were frozen. He ordered a part for another problem and will schedule a return appointment when it comes in. Robert double checked everything to be sure there were no leaks. Very professional and courteous. CJ Bass was great on hooking up my dishwasher line to the main drain under the house. Very small crawlspace, guys were quick to dig a hole and make it work. Found a couple other issues that they fixed while there. Price was very fair. Work was great, highly recommend them.

I have been a loyal customer of CJ Bass for almost 8 years. We bought a new hot water heater from them in September of 2024. A little less than a year later the unit failed and they replaced the thermostat and heating coils. 3 months later the unit failed again. They replaced it with a new one and not from the same manufacturer. Because we were out of the one year labor warranty they charged me full price, $750.00 to install. I called and pleaded my case with Meghan who just kept saying it was their policy and no consideration would be given us for the labor cost. This unit was obviously defective and I feel cheated by them. I offered to split the cost of this installation fee but no consideration again. We have to deal with them for the warranty period now on this unit but I have learned my lesson for the future. My neighbors have complained about their service for plumbing issues for the last year. I just hope by leaving this review that it will save someone some disappointment and unnecessary expense in the future. I will say the technicians that worked with us today were great and very understanding of our situation but had no way to help us with the resolution.

Michael and Jason did an amazing job with a massive backup from the main line under our condo. There were a few others who came whose names I didn't catch. To say they worked so hard for many long hours is an understatement, and were still so patient to explain what was going on for my curious mind. They were very thorough and tried all possible diagnostics. The job ended up being a multi day ordeal involving cutting out walls and more that I didn't witness and they got it done and left everything in great shape. I wasn't even the one who hired them but they deserved a great review and a day off!

The best. What seemed like a terrible dilemma, was quickly resolved and repaired. Pricing was very fair for a short notice and an after hours emergency. Professional and very reliable. Thank you David and CJ Bass! You just gained another customer!

Prompt service, extremely polite service member, all around top notch. My service need was not an Emergancy but they still got me scheduled the same week I called.

Alas there was no sign of the blockage. More water was added. All seemed good!

We were pleased that they quoted the exact price we would have to pay, before they came to our house to do the work. The person we spoke with when we first called was extremely pleasant, and was very accommodating in fitting our service into an existing schedule. The man who did the work was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He explained a couple of technical details as he was working. We have called CJ Bass for other repairs in the past, and we will definitely use them again if the need arises. We highly recommend CJ Bass!

We were scheduled very quickly for a water heater replacement/install and Mike was amazing. He arrived on time and was very efficient. He cleaned up the area and when he left you would not have known we had work done there. Highly recommend.

Awesome job. The crew arrived w/i 20 minutes of the expected time and had the old water heater removed, new one installed and were finished in less than 1 1/2 hours. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on.
