Did not unclog the sewer line. Said it was probably a crushed pipe, or might be on the city side. Got another plumber out the issue was in my side before it connected to the city line and another plumber fixed the issue and it was on my side close to the city line and was just a clog. however, when the snake was in the line, it was right at the clog but did not unclog the pipe but did puncture through the PVC pipe.

Charged $620 for kitchen sink unclogging
Technician cleared drain and added 2 inches of pcv One hour of labor. Phone call to office
To inquire about overcharge was met with very cold shoulder ( suck on this attitude)

Jared was awesome coming out and checking our plumbing issue. Didn’t have to pay anything either due to it resulting in more of a consultation to get techs out to resolve the issue. Great customer service & very informational!

Awesome job last night on fixing our toilet. Great customer service and fast but QUALITY service. So thankful for Roto Rooter and its employees. This is our second time using or maybe third time using them and we have never been disappointed.

Roto Rooter installed our new water heater under emergency conditions. No one wants to be without hot water. Sam, the Roto Rooter service technician, was excellent. He informed us of all our options and during the installation he kept us informed of each step. He even came out on a Sunday for the installation. I would call on Roto Rooter for any future plumbing needs.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Extremely courteous and took time to explain each step of troubleshooting process. Effected the repair in reasonable timeframe. Cleaned up work area after work was done. Very satisfied with service call. Highly recommend them. Our technician Jared is a true professional.

I was greeted with a smile by Jose the technician and Joe who was along training. Jose attempted two different snakes and then called for the one with a camera because it was a difficult process and they wanted to see where the problem was. Rich showed up with xavier and ended up calling JEA. Threw it all.they kept a positive attitude and kept me informed on what was going on. I appreciate their professionalism and the respect I was shown. We were even able to get a laugh in.

James did a great job cleaning out the blockage I had in the main sewer drain. He was very professional & friendly. He had a great attitude, and I could tell he really liked his job. I didn’t have before pics, but here’s after he fixed the problem. The left pic is directly under where the toilets and showers drain under the house. The right picture is the access in front of the house leading to the street. Nice clean water flowing. James saved the day.

Stay away from Kenny King Plumbing.. I purchased a new water heater from Kenny King and it was the worst job ever. He had two of his techs come over to install it. After installing the new hot water heater, the water did not even get warm after an hour while the two installers were at my home. They k ew something went wrong, but they took off anyway. I called his tech that put it in and he just said that eventually it will heat up. Total fabrication, the techs fried the upper heating coil and Thermostat, by an improper install. To make a long story short, after paying Kenny King almost a thousand dollars, I had to call another plumbing company to repair a brand new hot water heater at a cost of almost $400 dollars. After installing my hot water heater that holds 40 gallons of water and it did not start to heat up, they made believe that was normal. It heated up in 8 hours and the tech said that's OK. Wrong, it's not OK, water should start getting warm in 30 minutes. Kenny King should have put in a new hot water heater or repaired what the two techs broke during installation. After I paid another plumbing company to fix their botched job, my hot water heater, heats up hot to twenty minutes. Stay away, read reviews to find a good plumber.

I called CJ Bass yesterday when I noticed that our drains would not clear. I hesitated calling them over the weekend, fearing that the repair and fees would be brutal. I could not have been more incorrect! CJ Bass was prompt and very communicative. They fixed the issue, their prices were very reasonable and I'm so glad I called them when I did. Thank you!

They were very neat,clean and efficient. Glad I replaced the hot water heater as it had a hole in the bottom. Even put up with my annoying dog trying to help. Also did extra job for me with an outdoor faucet. Would call C J Bass for any future needs.

The 2-man crew arrived at my house right on time. My job required cutting out a piece of wallboard to gain access to a leaking pipe inside a wall. The lead plumber was very careful to make a clean square cutout that can be reused in the subsequent wallboard repair.
