I had been been doing business with another well-known heating/cooling company in the area for years and had an appointment last week for maintenance between the hours of 2 and 4. They called at 3:30 and cancelled due to overbooking. I found an ad in a coupon booklet for Amelia’s Best and decided to try them instead. I could tell when I scheduled my appointment that they were very friendly and professional, so I was impressed right away. Jonathan and Chris came to perform maintenance on my AC unit and they were great! I had some issues with my outside unit that they fixed and they explained everything to me, something that the previous company had never done. My unit feels so much better already and they were so nice; I am excited to say I have a new heating/cooling company that I will be doing business with. Thank you!

I received a quote from Jonathan and the next day the AC was installed by two very professional and courteous young men. Gabriel and Dre did an excellent job with the least of intrusion and noise.

The whole team at Amelia's Best was awesome. We got a good feeling when we first met Jonathan and Christopher, which led to us trusting them to install a new HVAC system for our home. Andre, Matthew, and Eddie worked hard in the dead of summer, did an excellent job with the install, and were professional, friendly, and cleaned up everything afterward. We were very happy and relieved to find Amelia's Best!

The day we moved into our new home, our a/c stopped working on a Friday. We called Amelia’s Best Comfort Solutions and spoke with Kimberly who was kind and helpful. Jonathan came out to our home within 15 minutes of my call. Unfortunately we ended up having to replace our system, but Jonathan explained our options and was a no pressure sale encouraging us to seek other bids. He even offered to bring us a window unit to use over the weekend whether or not we decided to purchase from him. He even checked on us over the weekend to make sure we were comfortable. His team installed our new first thing Monday and got us quickly chilling again. We will be customers for life and thank them enough!

Jonathan and Amelia's Best Comfort Solutions is truly Amelia's BEST! They have come through every time needed. Installed a "whole house" dehumidifier last year and it has worked fantastic. Also, Jonathan is truly there to help the people. Instead of trying to sell a product he will give you an honest answer if there is an easier, cheaper option out there. It's much appreciated and we recommend them whole heartedly.

Absolutely fantastic service! Jonathan and his team came over after I called about an issue with my AC. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with professionalism and efficiency. Their text service and notifications notify you of your appointment and when they're on the way which is great. I was so impressed with their prompt response, knowledge, and respectful attitude. Amelia’s Best Comfort was wonderful to do business with. We have a shed that needs AC and we had bought a mini split online. It was something we couldn’t do on our own. Thoroughly impressed with this company. They have been fantastic with getting to jobs very quickly. Have also been happy with their level of communication before, during and after the jobs. We've always had Trane air
conditioners so this is our first Carrier Infinity ultra stage system.
It simply is the best system we've ever had. It dehumidifies, cools, and does it all so quietly we don't even know it's running!
The entire system can be easily controlled by phone or thermostat.
Needless say, but we're very comfortable and happy.
Jonathan, the owner, personally oversaw the entire installation from beginning to end.. His office and installation staff were very polite and efficient and went out of their way to answer any questions even during the installation.
Jonathan's company is the best we've ever experienced and had the pleasure of working with.
They're honest and reliable. They do what they say they're going to do and smile while they do it!!!

My ac unit stopped working on a Saturday and I contacted Amelia’s Best Comfort Solutions that evening. They sent a technician out the very next day and told me the capacitor needed to be replaced. Also, found out that the unit was still under warranty. The whole process was quick and painless and everyone was very pleasant. Would highly recommend their services.

Amazing customer service and all around craftsmanship. Family owned and operated with decades of experience. Communicated everything and helped move our AC compressor where we wanted. He even identified builder issues from our install and repaired and charged our unit at no extra cost. Jonathan was awesome! He helped with all three of our AC units. Took care of a service call at our condo and figured out what was wrong at our house too. Super thorough, honest, and explained everything clearly. Couldn’t ask for better service!
