Totally undependable and dishonest. For a simple under the counter refrigerator repair Nikolay installed an incompatible thermostat twice, both time the refrigerator iced up. He promised to return with the correct manufacturer’s’ thermostat but never did. No phone calls to schedule and no return calls to my messages. If you use this company you’re wasting your money. Totally unreliable.

Would not recommend. Someone came to “fix” my dryer, said it was fixed, charged me $220 and left. I had to call them back an hour later because it wasn’t working and when he came back wanted to charge me additional $200 to fix it. I said I wouldn’t go ahead with the repair and requested a refund for the $220, it took 5 days to get them to sent me back only $60.
Not a great experience.

It was easy to schedule same day appointment. Vladimir is very professional and skilled. He diagnosed my issue right away and got it fixed. My washer works and hope no other issues will ensue.

Like many South Florida companies, this company is crooked. The technician spent a few minutes on our washing machine and said to not use the deep water setting and that it is now fixed. He couldn’t leave fast enough. When I went to run the washer, it ran one cycle but then stopped working again.

I have reached out to this shady company several times and they will not return my call. According to other review, I see that I am not alone. Avoid this company at all costs.

Not sure who anyone dealt with giving this company good reviews. Came out to repair my refrigerator pressed some buttons for my ice maker worked for 2 weeks. Called back 5 times to have the technician come back out ignored all my calls and messages and tried charging another 200 dollars for him to come back out.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly. Unfortunately, the repair was not worth the age of my fridge. There was no pressure to do the repair which I definitely appreciated. If you need a friendly and honest technician don’t hesitate to call.

Called Goose Fix for a refrigerator issue. Spoke with Max who gave me a 3 hour window on the same day. Vlad showed up at my door promptly. He was thorough, neat and very knowledgeable. Vlad resolved my issue quickly and for a reasonable price. Max followed up with a phone call.
