Joseph was able to fit me in the same day. Was here here within a half hr. Knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix my washing machine within an hr. Explained as he went. He even showed me how to maintain it so it will continue to work for many more yrs. I am extremely happy with Joseph's work. Will use him again. And extremely reasonable fees.

Same day amazing service! When I called yesterday, I was given a ballpark price - which I appreciate because some companies won't do that, but I always need a ballpark. Then today he came at the time he promised, took apart the dryer quickly, assessed the problem, and had the part with him needed to fix it! All done within an hour!! Very nice and informative as well, and now our dryer works all within 24 hours of our first call. Will be calling Joseph for any future needs!!

We are so happy to have found such great service! After a fiasco with another company, we turned to OJ and he came within 3 hours to fix our dryer. Not only that, he found clear evidence of a prior fire that the other company conveniently neglected to tell us. A truly wonderful experience from beginning to end! I felt total confidence in Joseph. Usually repairmen have little knowledge and charge an arm and a leg but this repairman knew his stuff and worked so hard and was able to repair my 16 year old fridge and for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for any appliance repair I may have in the future!

Joseph came out to assess my dishwasher door (unable to close) and my washing machine. He was prompt. Joseph immediately diagnosed the issues. He quickly obtained new parts and was able to fix the dishwasher problem. His honesty about the final assessments of the washing machine was greatly appreciated and gave us great advice. Top notch customer service. Troubleshot my fridge issues over the phone without even coming out and gave me an honest ballpark and recommend it makes more financial sense to purchase a new fridge than for him to come out and fix mine. Not many owners try and walk away from income. Will be using this company for all future issues with my appliances.
