Joseph was extraordinarily responsive and made it a point to come up and replace a seal on our LG front load washing machine. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and very polite. Joseph's pricing was beyond fair and his attention to detail was top quality. I now, finally, have a person to add to my contacts for appliance repairs.

Joseph showed up quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem with my dryer within about 30 minutes. He left me with advice regarding upkeep not only for my dryer, but after going around and taking a look at my other appliances, gave me advice regarding care of my washing machine and dishwasher, too. Very happy with his service!

It’s New Year’s Eve and suddenly my Whirlpool dryer was no longer blowing any heat. Kids home from college and a lot of laundry was piling up so I started googling and luckily I called OJ Repairs and Joseph picked up right away and assured me he could come by today. He had me send him the model number and serial number of my dryer so he was able to bring the parts. Not only did he arrive quickly, he fixed and cleaned my dryer right away, on the holiday, and did so for such a reasonable price! What a nice and honest guy. I will definitely be keeping his number for future appliance repairs. Thank you, Joseph, for saving the day!

This is how you are spoken to and treated by this company. They could not fix the dishwasher, they were there for 15minutes. I asked is it still cost $85 because they didn’t do any work and if they did the $85 would be subtracted from it. They said no. They wanted payment immediately. I was text 5xs, but never sent an invoice. I asked for an invoice so I could bill the customer. It had only been 24hrs since they did the work. This is what was sent to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Below is my text. I was never rude or mean. I simply asked for an invoice after asking why the price was so high if no work was completed.

He was super friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with my appliance and what the best options were moving forward. You can tell he r3ally knows his stuff and cares about doing a good job. Highly recommend for any appliance repair needs.

I had my washing machine gasket replaced a few months ago and than had an emergency refrigerator repair done this week. Communication was great with tips on how to keep my appliances working, prices were fair and honest and a nice guy does the job! Would highly recommend and will be my first call on any other appliance issues.

Came to our house twice. Neither time did he fix the dryer. Last I heard he was going to try to obtain another part. He took the part with him, so i cannot try to get it myself. I've never heard back. He charged us $250 for nothing. What a waste of money and time.
