I completed an online request early Monday morning. He called in less than an hour and set-up an appointment between 1 & 4 that afternoon. He called around 2:00 PM and told me he’d be at my home in 40 minutes.

Pozharko is the only guy I'll call for appliances. After I had a different company in the area scam me by telling me I just needed a new fan and freon when I really had a leak I did more research. I called Pozharko and he generously educated me that there should have first been a leak test. He showed me with his meter how bad the leak was and he was so honest and high integrity that he even lost business by not upselling me new parts when there was a reasonable chance something else would go wrong. I really respect his honesty, integrity and transparency! Definitely can trust this company!

Very nice, knowledgeable, honest repair man- hard to find these days. On time and excellent follow-up. Fixed my Thor electric oven and stove that had multiple issues. He was able to diagnose and repair at a very good/fair price. Highly recommend and will use again if I need appliance repair.

Most of the time when you call for appliance repair you get a call center out of state that adds a premium and farms out the job. These guys are LOCAL! Owner-Operator, fantastic experience. Great communication up front, very fair price, and he solved the problem quickly. A-plus all the way, I saved his number and will use again!
